Research On Labor Subjectivity Based On Marx’s Labor Process Theory

According to Marx,labor is an activity that constitutes human essence and social existence.The formation and development of society is inseparable from the material wealth and spiritual wealth created by the majority of workers throughout the ages.In the construction of socialist modernization at this stage,social contradictions are inevitable,and the subjectivity of workers has not been fully stimulated and demonstrated.With the continuous development of social productive forces,capitalism is bound to be replaced by socialism and communism.The labor developed in the form of alienation must return to man himself.This return is to return to man’s subjective needs,not only to man’s essence in practical labor,but also to man’s satisfaction of his own needs in terms of value effect,We should also return to the needs of the people to reflect history in social relations.Marx investigated the labor process by leaving aside each specific social form,and made a detailed study of the labor process from the general labor process to the analysis method of the production process of the specific social form of capitalism,revealing the evolution process of labor from formal subordination to actual subordination to capital in the capitalist labor process,This provides a research method for us to study the changes of contemporary labor process and how to give play to labor subjectivity in the evolution process.Labor subjectivity refers to the control right of workers over their own labor,the right to enjoy labor products,the right to dominate labor materials,and the autonomy,consciousness and initiative embodied in the exercise of these rights.In the process of transforming labor force into labor,it will be affected by the realistic objective conditions and the internal subjective factors of workers.Therefore,in the process of labor,workers confirm their subject status in nature on the one hand and in social history on the other.In the process of labor,first,because labor is the embodiment of human nature,workers need to control their own objective activities;Second,all means of production are selected by the subject and change towards the purpose of the subject,so there is a need for workers to possess things;Third,people’s activities are issued by people and finally point to people themselves.Workers have the need to confirm their own nature.These three aspects re reflect the impact of workers’ internal subjective factors on the labor process.According to the social attribute of labor process,the forms of labor process under different social production conditions will also be different.The labor process in the primary stage of socialism is fundamentally different from that in capitalist society.In the practice of ensuring the full play of workers’ subjectivity,the socialist public ownership economy provides the basic preconditions,the people’s democratic dictatorship system provides the institutional support,the construction of socialist spiritual civilization stimulates the endogenous driving force of workers,the construction of a harmonious society provides the social conditions,and green development provides the natural guarantee,These provide shelter for the exertion of workers’ subjectivity.However,at this stage,there are still practical difficulties such as unfair income distribution,workers’ inferior position in the process of game with capital,and workers’ weak subject consciousness,which affect the exertion of labor subjectivity.Fundamentally speaking,this is because there is still a private mode of production in the primary stage of socialism.In addition,the weak ability of workers,the unchanged nature of capital and the lack of labor feelings have plagued the exertion of labor subjectivity.The prerequisite for the full development of the subject of labor is that the subject of labor should be liberated from slavery,but in the process of full development of labor,it is the premise for the full realization of labor freedom.Second,give full play to the institutional advantages of the socialist national system in the governance of labor relations,which is the institutional premise to ensure the exertion of labor subjectivity.Third,workers improve their own quality and enhance the possibility of the game between labor and capital.The full development of human essential power is the historical fundamental condition for the full activation of labor subjectivity.Fourth,improve the socialist labor protection system and keep up with the change and development of the mode of production,which provides realistic social conditions for the active play of labor subjectivity.Fifth,the awakening of workers’ subject ability and subject consciousness is the subjective condition for the activation of the subject.Sixth,create a good labor culture atmosphere and provide a harmonious atmosphere for stimulating the vitality and creativity of workers in value creation.
