| Under the requirements of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and the 2035long-term goals and programs for the strategic transformation of the service industry,relevant departments of provinces and cities actively promote the digital transformation of physical retail enterprises.Y chain supermarket responded to the national policy,implemented the enterprise development strategy of supply chain integration and digital management,and started the new retail transformation.During the transition period,whether it is store expansion or launching new business,Y chain supermarket needs a lot of funds to maintain business operations,and improving the level of working capital management can speed up capital operation and ensure capital needs.Therefore,based on the dual perspectives of factors and channels,this paper adopts comparative analysis method and analytic hierarchy process,taking Y chain supermarket as an example,explores the current situation of working capital management in the transition period.analyzes and evaluates the performance of working capital management,summarizes the overall situation of its working capital management,analyzes the problems and causes of working capital management,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By compiling the management balance sheet,analyzes the major items of working capital,and studies the current working capital management from the perspectives of factors and channels,it finds that the working capital demand of Y chain supermarket affects the efficiency of working capital management,and enterprises should pay attention to the project management that affects the working capital demand.(2)Based on the dual perspectives of factors and channels,it analyzes the performance of Y chain supermarket working capital management,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,it constructs the performance evaluation system of working capital management,and carries on a comprehensive evaluation.Compared with peer enterprises,it can be seen that enterprises have deficiencies in inventory,accounts receivable,accounts payable and short-term loans,which affect the effectiveness of enterprise capital management.(3)By analyzing the current situation and performance of Y chain supermarket working capital management,it found that the enterprise dose not make full use of suppliers’ funds,with long inventory turnover,low receivables turnover efficiency and high short-term borrowing.It suggests that enterprises should strengthen the accounts payable management of upstream suppliers,implement vendor managed inventory,improve the accounts receivable management,adopt long-term and short-term debt and supply chain ABS financing.This paper combines the perspectives of elements and channels to analyze the working capital management of Y chain supermarkets in a more detailed and comprehensive manner,providing new thinking for enterprises to improve the efficiency of working capital management.At the same time,it is expected that the research can enrich the theoretical content of working capital management and provide reference for retail enterprises in the transition period to solve the problem of working capital management. |
