Research On The Improvement Of Charging Infrastructure Construction Of X Company Based On Program Management

In the past century,the large-scale use of internal combustion engine vehicles and the excessive consumption and emission of energy have brought serious environmental pollution problems.Electric vehicles are highly favored by the market because of their green environmental protection.In turn,an indispensable charging infrastructure construction industry has been derived.In recent years,the charging infrastructure has developed like a blowout,and a large number of constructions have been carried out all over the country.However,in the process,due to the lack of effective management of the charging infrastructure construction,the site selection and layout of the charging infrastructure construction have been unreasonable,and the usage rate of charging piles is low;lack of supporting facilities and charging services,management is not in place;a series of problems such as "zombie piles" and "pile without electricity" have brought a certain impact on the development of the industry.Therefore,how to improve the existing problems and manage them effectively has become the focus and difficulty of the charging infrastructure construction industry.As a new method of multi-project management,Program management is concerned by the academic and practical fields.This article unifies our country current charging infrastructure construction development situation,takes the X company charging infrastructure construction present situation as the example,introduces the Program management knowledge,and through the use of Program management knowledge tools,methods of company X charging infrastructure construction problems in-depth analysis.Furthermore,in view of X company’s existing problems,the use of Program management knowledge for X company to re-charging infrastructure construction of the strategic planning.At the same time,build X company’s charging infrastructure construction project set.Finally,by using the knowledge of five performance domains of Program management and focusing on user requirements,the ways and means to improve the charging infrastructure of X company are proposed.Through this research,while improving the existing problems in the charging infrastructure construction of X Company,it also provides new methods and new ideas for its charging infrastructure construction management.Furthermore,it has a certain reference significance for the practical research based on program management in the charging infrastructure construction industry,and lays a foundation for further research and discussion in the future.
