At present,the urban problems represented by traffic problems,environmental problems and resource waste are becoming more and more serious.Research data show that freight traffic accounts for 84.6% of the total road traffic,so the impact of traffic problems caused by urban freight is particularly serious.Because of the complexity and persistence of traffic problems,the phenomenon of "traffic congestion → construction of new roads → increase of vehicles → re-congestion" has not been resolved.Therefore,building new roads alone cannot fundamentally solve the problem.Environmental problems are closely related to resource waste.It is an effective way to improve the environment to make full and reasonable use of resources,especially pollution-free resources.In this regard,many cities in China have taken countermeasures,such as research and development and application of new energy vehicles,but due to the technical conditions are not mature enough,there are certain safety risks and high costs and other problems,did not achieve the desired effect;The promulgation of the road restriction policy,although it alleviates the road traffic pressure to a certain extent,but also causes inconvenience to people’s travel;Some cities adopt policies such as widening road surface,but lead to more shortage of land resources,urban problems have not been fundamentally solved.In this context,scholars around the world actively explore effective solutions.Underground logistics system is an intelligent logistics system that can achieve low footprint,low energy consumption and low pollution.It is an effective way to solve urban problems and improve logistics efficiency,so the construction of underground logistics system is put on the agenda.First of all,with urban problems and the existing problems in the development of logistics,indicates that in terms of building underground logistics system has certain advantages and necessity of the solution of the implementation of both at home and abroad for carding the summary and analysis of related research status summary,further will be involved in the basic concept to generalize and summarize underground logistics system.Secondly,the construction of urban underground logistics system and the key technologies involved are studied and designed.Based on the model construction of urban underground logistics system,this paper designs and applies the key technology intelligent equipment--shuttle vehicle to the underground logistics system.For the network planning of the underground logistics system,a dual objective decision model is constructed to minimize the cost of the underground logistics and maximize customer satisfaction as the objective function,combined with the corresponding constraints,using heuristic algorithm genetic algorithm optimization solution.Again,based on the above theoretical basis in jinan kinetic energy conversion between the old and the new area-bridge group of underground logistics system network design,combined with the characteristics of cities,in view of the area to study the feasibility and development prospect of development of underground logistics system and discussed,the planning area in underground logistics system network layout,It provides a solution for underground logistics construction in the pilot area.Finally,the cloud model is used to evaluate the risk of urban underground logistics system.
