Transportation is the foundation of social and economic development.In recent years,with the rapid development of transportation industry,domestic civil aviation transportation market continues to expand,airport passenger throughput is also increasing,people put forward higher requirements for airport operation efficiency.In civil aviation transportation,passengers are one of the key service objects of airport operation and construction,and passenger checked baggage transportation is an important part of airport economy,and passenger baggage transportation efficiency is also a key technical index to evaluate airport operation capacity.The manual handling method of the traditional baggage shipping system transfers the checked baggage at a slow speed,and there will be luggage loss and damage.In addition,the phenomenon of "people waiting for luggage" when passengers will become a normal state,which leads to the increase of passengers’ time in the airport and reduces the operation efficiency of the airport.Therefore,this paper proposes the scheme of the airport checked baggage automatic transport system,and constructs a single fast channel for passenger baggage to go directly to the plane,and the system realizes the efficient transport of checked baggage,saving multiple manual handling links,and avoiding the occurrence of luggage loss and damage phenomenon to some extent.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Propose the scheme of automatic baggage carrying system of checked baggage at the airport.Analysis of typical handling procedures based on traditional baggage handling system,in order to reduce the rate of baggage damage and the work intensity of porters,increase the continuity of baggage transport process and the number of passengers served in the airport per unit time,this paper establishes the overall framework of automatic baggage transport system,which is mainly composed of two parts: continuous conveyor belt and automatic baggage carrier,and the design of automatic baggage carrier includes automatic lifting tail plate and intelligent carriage.(2)Design the structure of automatic baggage carrying system at airport and formulate the system control scheme.Considering that the automatic baggage carrying system needs to meet the functional requirements of automatic loading and unloading and continuous transfer,the specific structures of continuous conveyor belt,automatic lifting tail plate and intelligent carriage are designed respectively.Power transfer to design the automatic carrying luggage compartment within the process,and based on the automatic luggage carrying system working mode and the analysis of the process,made the system the baggage loading and unloading mode control strategy based on photoelectric sensor signals,the opening of the electromagnetic clutch and the status of hydraulic components parameters value to automatic switching system starting,braking condition.The developed control strategy can improve the continuity of baggage transportation and the utilization of system storage space,and reduce manpower consumption.(3)The co-simulation model of the automatic baggage carrying system is established and the simulation results are analyzed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the automatic baggage carrying system in different operating conditions,a co-simulation model based on AMESim&Matlab/Simulink simulation platform was established based on the developed control scheme to complete co-simulation experiments in different operating conditions.The simulation results show that the designed control system and the developed control scheme are feasible,and the carrying speed of the system is improved compared with the traditional baggage handling system.The scheme proposed in this paper effectively alleviates the problem of "people waiting for luggage " in the traditional baggage handling system.Compared with the traditional manual handling method,the scheme saves more than 60% of personnel and reduces the loading and unloading process time by more than 50%.The system improves the connectivity of baggage transfer between different transport equipment,further improves the overall operation efficiency of the airport,reduces the passengers’ detention time,fundamentally improves passengers’ travel experience,and is of great significance to the development of intelligent and unmanned airport.
