Since the end of last century,with the rapid economic growth,power demand has accelerated,and the growth rate of power investment reached the peak in 2008-2010.According to the operation management rules of relay protection device,the service life of secondary power equipment usually does not exceed 12 years.In recent years,a large number of secondary power equipment has entered the end of its life cycle,which leads to frequent safety risks and the need for replacement of a large number of equipment.For this reason,the demand for technical transformation projects has increased greatly,and the scale of the technical transformation market has continued to grow.CYSR is a manufacturer specializing in secondarypower equipment.From 2017 to 2020,the company did not differentiate its secondary power equipment technical transformation business from its regular business,and a series of problems occurred,such as insufficient carrying capacity of the technical transformation business,the solution could not meet the needs of users,and low efficiency of technical transformation project execution.This article through to secondary power equipment technical transformation marketing environment analysis,CYSR company technical transformation marketing present situation and problem analysis,secondary power equipment technical transformation market segmentation,CYSR company technical transformation goal market choice,build a brand strategy of the housekeeping turnkey engineering technical transformation,and formulate a complete marketing strategy centering on products,pricing,channels and promotion.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and value of the research on the marketing strategy of secondary power equipment technical transformation,and puts forward specific research ideas and analysis methods.Secondly,it uses PEST analysis on the technical transformation business of secondary power equipment,and obtains the macro environment and favorable factors of the technical transformation of CYSR Company.Thirdly,based on STP theory,the company’s target market is subdivided to determine the company’s target market and positioning.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the marketing environment and current problems of the technical transformation business,the marketing strategy and safeguard measures of CYSR company in secondary power equipment technical transformation business are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to explore a set of marketing strategies on the basis of the theory of secondary power equipment technical transformation business and marketing.From the perspective of practical significance,this paper not only has reference significance for CYSR company’s technical transformation business market expansion,but also can provide reference for the technical transformation business of power system operating enterprises and secondary power equipment manufacturing enterprises.
