| With the significant improvement of social productivity,more and more people choose cars as their main means of transportation,and the problem of "difficult parking" is becoming more and more prominent when the construction of urban parking infrastructure lags behind and land resources are limited.In view of the current problems such as manual operation,lack of efficient access path planning method and low utilization rate of parking spaces,this thesis designs an intelligent system based on PLC control of stereo garage,which mainly accomplishes the following tasks:Firstly,according to the overall garage layout scheme,the garage function is analyzed and the software and hardware implementation scheme of the vertical and horizontal parking garage is designed;secondly,the fuzzy control algorithm is used to realize the scheduling strategy,which shortens the average waiting time of users,and the simulation experiment is conducted based on Matlab,the vehicle scheduling strategy based on the fuzzy control algorithm will select the optimal parking position according to the expected parking time of vehicles,which improves the garage Then,a breadth-first search algorithm with constraints was introduced to optimize the scheduling of the moving path of the load board,and simulation experiments were conducted to achieve a high degree of intelligence of the garage;finally,the hardware design was completed based on S7-1200 PLC,touch screen and upper computer,and the configuration software King View 6.55 was used to design the upper computer monitoring software,and the PLC control program was written using PORTAL V16 is used to complete the PLC control program writing and touch screen program writing.This thesis proposes an improvement method for the scheduling strategy and path optimization of the vertical and horizontal parking garage based on S7-1200 PLC.The practical application shows that the automatic vehicle access through the garage intelligent scheduling algorithm can effectively reduce the average waiting time of customers,which indicates that the theory related to the garage scheduling strategy and path optimization is reasonable and feasible,and has certain practicality and realistic significance. |
