| With the rapid development of national economy, the number of private car ownership has a spurt of growth, but the quantities of parking space in major cities are inadequate. Therefore, parking problem in cities becomes one of the most urgent problems to be solved. Stereo garage is an effective method to solve the problem. Especially, the lift-sliding stereo garage is widely being used.At present, the upper computer control system of stereo garage is designed by microcontroller or industrial PC as the core. As the weak performance and insufficient capacity of data storage existing in the microcontroller, it cannot meet the requirement of large amount of information management in stereo garage. Industrial PC also has its shortcomings, such as high cost and bulk. Therefore, this thesis designed the intelligent control system of stereo garage based on ARM.The main contents of this thesis included the following three aspects. Firstly, the hardware and software of the embedded control system are designed based on the requirement of the garage. The S3C6410 is selected as core processor of ARM controller for garage, equipped with the circuit design of power module, serial communication module, network module, audio module, LCD display module, CAN bus interface module and other related module. STM32 MCU is selected as core processor of the extern communication controller, equipped with the circuit design of RFID module, SIM900A wireless communication module and other related module. In terms of software, the embedded Linux system is chosen as operating system. Moreover, the transplantation process of embedded systems and Qt/Embedded are briefly described. The IC card recognition and SMS alarm programs of extern communication controller are developed. Secondly, the lift-sliding stereo garage is taken as the research object, and the type of service system is analyzed based on queuing theory. Based on the result of simulation on all mathematical models of vehicles access methods, the optimal method of automation control is chosen. Thirdly, according to the operating principle of the lift-sliding stereo garage, the automatic control system of stereo garage is designed. Besides, the PLC controlling program is developed on the basis of Omron’s CP1E-N40DR-A.In this thesis, both the software and hardware designed of upper control system of stereo garage have been tested. The data communication between upper control system and lower control system of PLC garage automatic control system has also been tested. Finally, overall test of the stereo garage has been completed. It is tested that the hardware and software of the system worked stable and reliable.And the overall control system has a good effect. |
