Intelligent Stereo Garage Based On PLC And Kingview

With the increasing number of household cars,the serious shortage of urban parking spaces is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper proposes an intelligent management and control system for three-dimensional garage.Firstly,the paper points out the necessity of the research and the significance of solving the parking difficulty in the light of the present situation of increasing car occupancy in China.Then,starting from the current research situation and application situation at home and abroad,it finds out the existing gap at home and abroad,and points out that there are many deficiencies in the research funds,late maintenance,system stability and promotion of the three-dimensional garage in China.Direction planning provides guidance;then the model of stereo garage is analyzed from the basic composition,working principle,single-control and group-control mode,simulation of single-control mode and so on.The core components of the basic functions of stereo garage are pointed out,and the realization principles of auto-detection,auto-access vehicle and auto-charging function based on PLC are proposed,which can be found for the design of this paper.Then,it analyses the hardware control system and software control system of the intelligent management system,points out how to realize the intelligent management and control of the three-dimensional garage,compares and analyses various garage control modes through the method of model analysis,designs the three-dimensional garage monitoring system,and chooses the appropriate development equipment for assembly and secondary programming,respectively.The PC module,PLC module and communication module are designed and implemented.Finally,the intelligent management and control system of mechanical three-dimensional garage is developed according to the actual needs of the current three-dimensional garage.A three-dimensional garage control system based on Kingview is proposed,and the feasibility of the system is increased by discussing the control,operation,monitoring and communication of the system.Experiments show that the system effectively solves the problems related to the management and control of mechanical three-dimensional garage.The paper has 29 pictures,4 tables,and 53 references.
