Study On The Design Of Sanbao Village Homestay In Jingdezhen Under The Construction Background Of Experimental

In recent years,my country’s rural revitalization has been steadily advancing.The protection of traditional culture and the development of rural tourism have been carried out simultaneously under the promotion of national policies.The homestay industry has become an important promoter of cultural promotion and tourism development.After the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of homestay has attracted great attention from the academic circle and the society,forming a sufficient theoretical and practical research foundation,and contributing to rural tourism.After Jingdezhen City,Jiangxi Province put forward the national strategy of "Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Experimental Zone" in 2019,the development of Jingdezhen B&B has a clear direction,but behind the development there are also problems such as the lack of cultural connotation of B&B and the expression of space design.Inaccurate,unreasonable functional planning and other issues.Based on this,how to improve the current situation of B&B development,improve the quality of Jingdezhen B&B design,and how to use B&B to help the construction of Jingdezhen’s "experimental area" is the core problem to be solved in this study.In the context of the "experimental area" construction plan,this paper takes Jingdezhen Sanbao International Ceramic Art Village as the research object,and conducts corresponding research on the artistic integration of homestay and ceramic culture by identifying problems,proposing design strategies,and solving problems.First of all,the paper sorts out the definition,origin and development of the word B&B,analyzes related theoretical research at home and abroad,explores the relationship between B&B and culture,region and society,and constructs a research framework for B&B design strategies.Secondly,with reference to excellent homestay cases at home and abroad,the commonality and individuality of different homestay developments are explored from the perspectives of architectural layout,space characteristics,and design concepts,etc.,and the valuable experience in the development of excellent homestays is summarized to provide a source of material for proposing the design strategy of Sanbao village homestays and practical basis.At the same time,based on the theory and practical experience accumulated in the previous article,an in-depth investigation was carried out on Sanbao Village in Jingdezhen.After analyzing the development status,tourist needs and cultural connotation of Sanbao Village Homestay,it is believed that there is too much information redundancy,Weak regional characteristics,insufficient indoor and outdoor landscape design,and backward infrastructure.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis and summary of relevant research,the paper excavates the spiritual connotation and aesthetic characteristics of the characteristic culture of Sanbao Village,and summarizes the corresponding relationship between the homestay in Sanbao Village and the natural environment,ceramic culture and tourist needs.Determine the cultural direction of architectural construction and space design.Finally,based on the practice of backfeeding theory,Yangmei Pavilion in Sanbao Village is selected as the object of homestay renovation design to verify the feasibility of the design strategy and provide research ideas and design methods for the design improvement and cultural dissemination of Sanbao Village homestay.May this article make a small contribution to the construction of the "Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Experimental Zone".
