| Yangzhou Opera is a type of traditional Chinese opera that originated in Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province.It is known for its unique singing style,melodious music,vivid performances,and intricate plots,and is renowned for its "slow play and fast singing" style.With over 400 years of history,Yangzhou Opera was one of the first batch of Chinese intangible cultural heritage items recognized by the government.Rooted in the local dialect culture,it continues to cultivate and practice socialist core values through excellent performances and scripts.This research focuses on the design of cultural and creative products based on Yangzhou Opera.It adopts research methods such as literature analysis,case studies,field surveys,and qualitative analysis to explore the basic characteristics of Yangzhou Opera from aspects such as scripts,singing styles,and costumes.By defining and interpreting the value of cultural and creative products,the study analyzes the composition of existing non-heritage cultural and creative products in the field of opera.In order to develop cultural and creative products based on Yangzhou Opera,the SWOT situation of Yangzhou Opera cultural and creative products is analyzed in detail,and the design principles for Yangzhou Opera cultural and creative products are extracted.The historical drama "The Unbroken City" is selected as the subject of the cultural and creative product design.Through field visits to the Yangzhou Opera Research Institute and backstage performances,the study formulates research plans based on the target audience,extracts ten characters from the drama for image design,and creates both 2D and 3D models,as well as peripheral products for Yangzhou Opera cultural and creative products.Through practical design,the study explores how to effectively transform the cultural connotation of Yangzhou Opera into design language and apply it to actual cultural and creative products,thereby alleviating the difficulties in the dissemination of Yangzhou Opera culture and promoting the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In modern society,there is an increasing demand for cultural and creative products,and Yangzhou Opera can take advantage of this opportunity to launch more works with modern features and appeal,increase its popularity,expand its audience,and become a part of people’s daily lives.At the same time,it can attract more young people and audiences from other regions to pay attention to and appreciate Yangzhou Opera.By promoting the development and dissemination of Yangzhou Opera culture from the perspective of cultural and creative products,it can better promote regional culture and provide dissemination strategies for other local opera genres facing similar situations. |
