With the continuous advancement of the cause of socialist construction,the principal contradiction in our country has become one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.As an important manufacturing enterprise closely related to people’s life,the automobile industry has ushered in huge development opportunities under the new development pattern,but also put forward new challenges to the relevant parts manufacturing enterprises.Compressor support is an important part of automobile air conditioning assembly.Through the research on the production line,combined with the production optimization theory,lean thinking and other theories,to improve the production efficiency and capacity performance level is the inevitable requirements of the development of the new era for manufacturing enterprises.Based on the research status at home and abroad,combined with traditional industrial engineering theories,genetic algorithm,SLP and lean thinking theories,this paper carried out optimization research on the actual situation of F Company’s compressor support production line.First of all,the research objectives are clarified,and the research levels and methods are further refined based on the summary of domestic and foreign scholars’ research achievements by combing related literature.Secondly,through the enterprise field survey,collection of production line data,comprehensive use of program analysis,balance research,logistics analysis and other methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis,fully identify the production line in the production process,production layout and site management of three aspects of the problems,further clarify the optimization objectives.Then,according to the above objectives,the optimization principles and optimization ideas are determined,and the three aspects of the problem are respectively planned and implemented.The bottleneck stations were identified by Arena simulation model,and the production process optimization scheme was designed based on IE method.Combined with SLP system layout method,the distribution logistics relationship is studied,and the genetic algorithm is further used to overcome the subjective limitations of SLP method,and the production layout optimization scheme is obtained comprehensively.Combined with lean thinking to analyze the level of site management,based on lean method design site management optimization scheme;Then the above scheme was implemented,and the effect of the optimization scheme was evaluated by comparing the indicators before and after optimization.Finally,based on the improvement effect of the optimization scheme and some deficiencies,the relevant safeguard measures for the production process,production layout and site management are put forward.
