| In the rapid economic development of the present,people’s living standards continue to improve,product update speed up.It makes more waste materials produced in daily life,and the recycling of waste materials is one of the important pillars of sustainable economic development.The construction of waste material recycling system and the promotion of intelligent recycling terminal have become the development trend,but the existing recycling system of related types of products is not perfect,the function can not meet the needs of users,and the service is not perfect,which makes the products idle and the recovery rate of waste materials is low.This topic uses the theories related to service design to build the classification and recycling service system of waste materials,and designs the classification and recycling machine of waste materials,so as to meet the needs of users and improve the satisfaction of user experience,so as to improve the recovery rate of waste material.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the research should be clarified by collecting relevant information about the subject.And the service design and waste materials at home and abroad are analyzed to determine the research content and methods.This paper expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of service design and waste material,and puts forward the service design process of waste material sorting and recycling machine,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent design work.Secondly,based on the concept of service design,users are investigated and analyzed through field observation,questionnaire survey and user interview,and pain points,recycling habits and actual demand points in the actual recycling situation of waste materials classified recycling are summarized.It is clear that the target users of the waste material sorting and recycling machine are waste materials distributors and recyclers,so as to establish the corresponding type of user portraits and draw the user journey map,mining the pain points and opportunity points in the use process.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the target users’ needs are analyzed and transformed into functions.The recycling process of waste materials is divided into three stages: before,during and after recovery,and the contacts are analyzed,optimized or new contacts are proposed.Analyze the stakeholders,draw the service system diagram and service blueprint to build the waste material classification and recycling service system.Put forward the design strategy of building the waste material sorting and recycling platform and optimizing the waste material sorting and recycling machine and related software.Finally,according to the user needs and the service design strategy of the waste material sorting and recycling machine,from the aspects of product function,product structure,human-computer interaction,color modeling,recycling mode and other aspects of the waste material sorting and recycling machine and the corresponding software were optimized.It includes the main body of waste material recycling machine,internal recycling basket,household waste materials storage basket of integral exchange products,operation interface of recycling machine,operation interface of integral exchange machine and software operation interface.The design results are evaluated and the design improvement ideas are put forward. |
