With the rapid development of society and the sustained growth of the national economy,China's road construction has advanced by leaps and bounds.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Transport,in 2018,China's new highway mileage was 86,000 kilometers,and the total mileage of traffic was 4,943,100 kilometers.In recent years,China's highways have entered the stage of overhaul.In 2018,the newly-built national trunk highways have a mileage of 20,000 kilometers.The average amount of waste pavement waste materials generated per year is as high as 160 million tons.However,the utilization rate of recycled asphalt pavement materials in the country is not enough.30%,generally used as a filling material or stacked to discard,not only lose energy but also cause environmental pollution.At present,the waste asphalt pavement material can be regenerated by the regenerative technology plant.However,the layout of the regenerative mixing station is disordered,the equipment is assembled at random,and the materials are randomly stacked,which not only causes low production efficiency,but also causes environmental pollution.As the country pays more and more attention to the protection of the environment,the asphalt mixing plant has not reached the national environmental protection standard because the traditional asphalt mixing station generates a large amount of dust,a large amount of blue smoke,and a large amount of noise.At present,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and has paid more and more attention to the recycling of resources.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of waste asphalt pavement material utilization and pollution of traditional mixing stations,the research group proposed the idea of industrialization of asphalt pavement solid waste treatment several years ago.The construction of an environmentally friendly asphalt pavement recycling plant is the specific technical implementation of the industrialization of asphalt pavement solid waste treatment,and the layout of the recycling plant is the first problem to be solved in the construction of an environmentally friendly asphalt pavement recycling plant.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in traditional asphalt mixing plants.According to the inadequacies of traditional mixing stations,this paper designs and designs environmentally friendly asphalt pavement recycling plants.The factory zoning planning and production equipment are divided into workshop layouts,and finally a environmentally-friendly closed-type recycling plant with scientific layout and rationality is built.Then according to the recycling plant layout plan and project requirements,the matching research on the technical parameters of the production equipment of the recycling plant.According to the production capacity target of the recycling plant,the technical parameters of the equipment are divided into: mixing time,mixing tank,hot aggregate storage bin capacity;configuration of screening grade of aggregate screening device,screening specification;design calculation of drying cylinder volume and capacity Design and calculate the automatic feeding system,configure the design of the aggregate silo and aggregate supply system;match the design of the old material processing device,the feeding system and the drying device;match the design powder and the asphalt supply system.Finally,according to the project's environmental protection goals,layout plan and production equipment matching,the design and selection of the environmental protection treatment system of the recycling plant will be carried out.Analyze the dust of the regenerative factory,calculate the dust volume and the required bag area,match the dust removal system with the corresponding technical parameters;select the reasonable treatment method according to the characteristics and production mode of the asphalt smoke;analyze the noise source and give the corresponding treatment measures...
