| In recent years,the water conservancy industry has developed rapidly,and the construction of water conservancy projects has been promoted with high quality,which showed a good situation.However,from the actual situation,there was relatively little experience in the construction of water conservancy projects,especially the risk management of river regulation projects.Rivers are an important part of urban construction.No matter from the perspective of global environmental protection,or in view of China’s national conditions,from the perspective of promoting the overall sustainable development of economy and society,doing well the risk management of river regulation project plays a positive role in promoting the development of river regulation and the construction of a good ecosystem.Therefore,effectively controlling the potential risks in river regulation projects,ensuring the healthy,orderly and rational development of river regulation projects are the key points of river regulation.This dissertation takes the risk management of the river regulation in Jincheng-Hanjiazhuang section of Songjiao River as the basic analysis object.On the basis of the discussion and research of project-related risk management theory,it carries out a detailed study on the risk of Jincheng-Hanjiazhuang section of Songjiao River channel management project from the perspective of the design unit.The research content of this dissertation is divided into five parts.Firstly,it discusses the basic background and value of the analysis project,introduces the research status at home and abroad and makes comments,clarifies the main content of this research,analyzes the methods adopted in this research,and lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,it introduces project overview,analyzes the main characteristics of this project,and uses the brainstorming method,Delphi method to identify the risks in the progress of the project.This dissertation summarizes that this project mainly has seven risk types from the perspective of the design unit: policy risk,planning risk,design risk,security risk,environmental risk,review risk and change risk.Thirdly,according to the summarized risks,the structural problems of the project risk evaluation system are elaborated in detail,and the risk comprehensive evaluation model is established,and the risk evaluation is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fourthly,according to the identified risk and the corresponding risk assessment results,risk response is carried out.Finally,according to the risk identification,evaluation and response situation,the corresponding management safeguard measures are provided from the three aspects of human,financial and institutional. |
