| By introducing,digesting,absorbing and recreating the high-speed railway technology of developed countries in the world,China’s high-speed railway construction has formed a Chinese railway technology system with independent innovation and independent intellectual property rights in the aspects of R&D,design,equipment manufacturing,construction and installation,joint testing and operation management.However,the application of high-speed railway overhead contact line mainly relies on introducing German-Japanese traditional overhead contact line.In the recent years,our country developed simplified overhead contact line with the principle of "simple,uniform and standard".In order to realize the strategic goal of "transportation power,railway first of all",it provides strong technical support for the installation of the wrist arm structure of railway overhead contact line suspension system in our country,such as various installation forms,various types of structure,various parts specifications and lack of top-level design.However,the comprehensive evaluation of new products needs to consider many factors,in order to ensure the scientific and practical evaluation conclusions.At the same time,catenary operators usually worry about the risks and huge investment brought by product upgrading,so that simplified catenary can not be applied and promoted on a large scale.Therefore,how to conduct comprehensive evaluation of simplified catenary equipment types in the whole life cycle from three dimensions of technology,economy and society,and provide scientific theoretical support for the comparison and decision of different catenary schemes is an important issue to be solved urgently.At present,the evaluation research of simplified overhead contact line focuses on the assessment of multiple single data indicators,which often "only see the part,not the whole",and lack of comprehensive evaluation of simplified overhead contact line equipment.At the same time,the existing studies mainly focus on the simplified catenary as a single subject,and lack of comparative analysis of simplified catenary and traditional catenary.In addition,for the evaluation index of catenary,the research on technical performance index is more in-depth and detailed,while the other indexes are macro,and no systematic evaluation index system has been formed.Based on this,the author proposes to construct a comprehensive evaluation model based on the theory of value engineering,and makes a comprehensive comparative study of simplified catenary and traditional catenary.Specifically,this paper takes some routes of Shanghai Bureau as research samples to carry out a comparative study on simplified catenary and traditional catenary.This paper analyzes the attributes and process improvement of simplified catenary equipment,and constructs the key evaluation index system of catenary from three aspects of technology,economy and social benefits according to the relevant operation quality evaluation standards widely adopted in the industry of high-speed railway catenary.Including dynamic performance index(CDI),dynamic average cost and social performance index three first-level indicators and eight second-level indicators;Based on the theory of value engineering,the whole life cycle evaluation model of overhead contact line was built,and the data was collected by combining the evaluation index system,and the index data was quantified and normalized.Based on the analysis of value coefficient and ideal coefficient,the advantages and disadvantages of simplified catenary and traditional catenary are discussed.This paper puts forward a set of scientific,reasonable and applicable catenary evaluation index system,and verifies its effectiveness and operability through practical case analysis.Moreover,an evaluation model is built based on catenary life cycle data to realize the effective combination of qualitative index and quantitative index,which provides theoretical and practical support for catenary equipment evaluation and has certain reference significance. |
