Research On The Cost Control In The Rural Revitalization Training And Display Base Construction Project In Y Town

The second tenth report proposes to build a socialist modern country comprehensively,and the most arduous and heavy task remains in the rural areas.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural revitalization pavilions have developed rapidly.As a carrier to promote rural cultural revitalization,they can enhance the attractiveness of rural tourism and drive local economic development.However,with the gradual increase of pavilion projects,coupled with the increasing cost of construction projects,how to be able to control the cost of pavilion construction projects,reasonably utilize the available funds and maximize profits is the key issue of pavilion construction at present.This paper combines the actual situation of the rural revitalization training and demonstration base construction project in Y town(hereinafter referred to as Y project),and researches the thesis in five parts.The first part analyses the current realistic background and development dilemma of the building construction industry,and puts forward the purpose and significance of the subject research.The first part also analyses the current realistic background and development dilemma of the construction industry,and puts forward the purpose and significance of the research.The second part introduces the current situation of cost management in Y projects,on the one hand introducing the cost components of projects,analyzing them in terms of direct and indirect costs,and on the other hand,introducing the existing cost control system and principles,laying down the conditions for the later study.The third part designs a questionnaire to analyze the problems and specific causes of the project management process and to provide a basis for the development of new solutions.The fourth part carries out the design of cost management solution optimization for Project Y,giving cost optimization solutions for different stages of planning,design,tendering and construction respectively.In the last part,the implementation strategy and guarantee strategy of the Y project cost management solution are designed,aiming to ensure the realization of the Y project results management solution on the ground.Through the research and analysis of cost management of Y project,on the one hand,we link the theory with practice,propose cost management optimization scheme by analyzing the reasons,and provide theoretical support for Y project to seek the cost management scheme suitable for its own condition in the construction process,on the other hand,we extend the field of cost management research and enrich the research of cost management in the construction of pavilion.
