| With the deepening of economic globalization and competition internationalization,under the guidance of the "One Belt,One Road" national initiative,more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad to join the wave of engineering internationalization,and the pace of exploring overseas markets is accelerating.Opportunities accompanied by challenges,a little careless or will face huge losses,even facing the crisis of bankruptcy.Company A fol lows the trend of going global and plans to build A new plant overseas.As an overseas engineering project,the construction project of Company A’s overseas fishery production plant has the characteristics of large investment,complex investment environment and long construction cycle.In addition,overseas engineering construction projects are easily affected by factors such as economic crisis,inflation,currency depreciation,political stability,and the turn of national macro policies.In addition,they are also easily affected by cultural differences in the construction process,such as religious beliefs,customs and so on.Therefore,for the construction project of A company’s overseas fishery production plant,it is very important to analyze,evaluate and control the risks.This paper takes the construction project of A Company’s overseas fishery production plant as the research object and studies its risk management.First of all,after introducing the construction background,project content,support ing facilities,investment units and schedule of the construction project of A Company’s overseas fishery production plant,the internal and external conditions are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,possible sources of risk factors in the future development process of the project are found out,so as to provide basis for project risk identification and evaluation.Secondly,according to the analysis results of internal and external conditions,the analysis results of internal and external conditions are compared with the reference risk events in the checklist by the method of checklist,and the risk factors are screened by the Delphi method in the form of questionnaire,and the identification results of risk factors are finally obtained.Thirdly,based on the risk identification results of the construction project of the overseas fishery production factory of A company,according to the relevant literature of project risk evaluation in the research status at home and abroad,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to evaluate the project risk.The results show that the project risk level is general risk.Finally,based on the risk identification and evaluation results of the construction project of A Company’s overseas fishery production plant,targeted risk response measures are proposed for each risk factor according to the level of risk. |
