With the comprehensively deepening of the reform and opening up,China's economy has been making great development;and Chinese engineering contracting enterprises are experiencing continuous development and growth,which greatly promote the comprehensive strength of these enterprises.Following the policy of "Going Abroad" and"the Belt and Road",Chinese engineering contracting enterprises have participated in contracting market of international project,among which,.electric power construction project account for the major proportion.Viewing the external conditions of the enterprise,due to large project construction scale,high disposable investment cost,long construction duration period and various unforeseen risks and etc.involved in overseas electric power construction market,electric power EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)projects are encountering various uncertainties in the implementation.In contract performing,local elements and factors especially influence from political and law situations cause the risks from that the enterprises are suffering increase greatly.Another,considering the internal management and control of the enterprise,popularly,Chinese enterprises have no deep study on risk control and sufficient cognition on risk influence,also,have no rational and systemic response and disposal means and methods.In implementing "Going Abroad",the risks incurred to Chinese engineering contracting enterprises are increasing due to the expanding of these enterprises in overseas project markets,which are more complicated than domestic construction markets.Therefore,how to establish rational and effective risk control system and how to effectively avoid and dispose the risks are the important paths to decide whether or not an enterprise is able to grow more strong from the big one and continuous dominate the overseas markets of engineering contracting.In accordance standard process of risk management,from planning risk management,identifying,analyzing and evaluating risk and setting up and optimizing the risk disposal measures to carrying out the overall dynamic monitoring and controlling on risks as well as considering the fact of risk management on overseas projects being performed by S Company,this paper relates and analyzes how to apply means and methods of risk management and control to the evaluation and control system of risk to S Company,and proposes the optimized and improved risk response and disposal measures for the purpose of seeking for a suitable dynamic management and control system of overseas engineering risks to provide the information and reference to Chinese engineering contracting enterprises for their continuous development in overseas project markets.
