With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for housing,transportation and urban infrastructure construction and other related fields is growing,resulting in a large number of construction enterprises.In order to contract the project to the maximum extent,the construction enterprises take risks,ignore the risk management of safety,quality,progress,capital and other aspects,and blindly pursue fast,resulting in the "fat" status quo of the enterprise,and finally make the project goal can not be achieved,and even lead to the bankruptcy of the enterprise.All kinds of construction projects involve multiple interests,including construction parties,design units,construction units,supervision units,etc.,with long construction cycle and high risk factor,especially in the specific construction cycle,all kinds of influencing factors are closely related.If we do not predict the risk and take comprehensive measures to prevent it,it may cause a fatal blow to the enterprise.Combined with the characteristics of HY construction project,improve the awareness of project risk management,improve the level of risk management,reduce the possibility of risk,so that the intelligent site management system can play a real role,ensure the realization of HY construction project goals,and thestable and healthy development of YG company.The first part of this paper summarizes the research background and significance of the paper,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content,method and framework structure of this paper.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis,which expounds the characteristics and necessity of intelligent site,the definition of the concept of project management,and the identification,evaluation,response and monitoring of risk management.In the third part,the HY construction project first invested by YG company was taken as the research object,which introduced the background and basic information of the project,found the problems in the HY construction project by questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method,and analyzed the causes.The fourth part is to identify the risks of HY construction projects.According to the engineering data,project inspection results and industry experts’ opinions,the risk questionnaire is established.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,we identify 7 categories and 27 risk factors in HY construction projects,and analyze them.The fifth part is the risk evaluation of HY construction projects,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis,constructs the judgment matrix,divides the risk level and evaluates the risk results.Part VI Risk management plan and countermeasures for HY construction project,puts forward corresponding management plans and countermeasures for level 1 to level 3 risk levels,and proposes risk monitoring through the risk checklist.The seventh part is summarized,research shortcomings and prospects.
