Risk Management Research For Workshop Construction Project Of HY Environmental Protection Industry Base

With the rapid development of Chinese national economy,the national penetration of HY environmental protection company is extending constantly,to meet the growing demand for pharmaceutical production,HY environmental protection company need to extend workshop.The construction project suffered great losses as company’s managers lack experience in project risk management.Hence,this paper studies project risk management,completes the risk identification and prevention,to ensure the smooth process of construction project.The research method of this paper is by analyzing workshop construction project of HY environmental protection industry base,it identifies potential risks by the literature research and survey of experts,and assesses the risk factors of project by analytic hierarchy process with combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and survey of experts.Then it establishes a scientific risk management evaluation system,provides reasonable risk response and monitoring measures.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Project risks identification and analysisCombining with the workshop construction project characteristics of HY environmental protection industry base,the paper identifies potential risks by the literature research and Delphi method,clarifies the risk types and risk factors in the project implementation process,lays the groundwork for subsequent risk assessment.(2)Project risks assessmentThis paper establishes risk evaluation model,analyzes and assesses the risk factors of the project by analytic hierarchy process,meanwhile,it further verifies the result by survey of experts,and then gets the high risk factors in project construction.(3)Project risks response and monitoringBase on the result of risk assessment,it figures out the corresponding risk response and control strategies from all aspects,to avoid project risk and ensure the smooth process of construction project.The research concludes that the high risk factors during the implementation process of workshop construction project of HY environmental protection industry base includes organizational coordination risk,contractor risk,supervising unit risk,capital turnover,project schedule risk,government policy risk,material manpower rise,construction level risk,contract risk,supplier risk.The corresponding countermeasures and control measures are developed for the risk factors,which ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
