Research On Supply Chain Management Of YC Power Supply Company Based On SCOR Model

The report of the 20th Party Congress pointed out that efforts should be made to enhance the resilience and security of the supply chain of industrial chains,and to promote the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of quantity in the economy."The 14th Five-Year Plan proposes to combine economy and security,make up for shortcomings and forge longcomings,fully design and implement supply chain systems and strategies in different industries,and create supply chains with more security and safety,higher added value and stronger innovation.In the electric power industry,which is the lifeblood of the national economy and national energy security,the improvement of supply chain management is of great significance to the safe and stable supply of electricity.In this context,this paper takes YC Power Supply Company as the research object and analyses and studies the supply chain management of YC Power Supply Company based on SCOR model.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarises relevant research at home and abroad,summarises the research ideas and research methods of this paper,and introduces the theoretical knowledge and analysis tools related to this paper.Then,this paper analyses the supply chain management environment of YC Power Supply Company and the current situation of YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management based on the SCOR model,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct an evaluation system of YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management performance with planning indicators,procurement indicators,delivery and return indicators,supply chain digital intelligence operation indicators and cost indicators as the first-level performance indicators,and evaluate them using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the current situation of YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management and its performance evaluation results are combined with an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management,and targeted improvement countermeasures are proposed to address the existing problems.This paper provides improvement countermeasures and safeguards for YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management in the areas of planning,procurement,distribution and digital intelligence operation,which can improve and enhance the overall operation level of YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management,strengthen the management capability of the core enterprises in the supply chain,help upgrade YC Power Supply Company’s supply chain management system and provide reference for enterprises in the same industry to make decisions.
