Research On Cost Management Of Municipal Road Projece Based On EPC Mode BZ1#

With the vigorous development of engineering construction projects,more and more capital poured into this field,forming increasingly fierce market competition,and the EPC model delivered by the construction unit to the general contracting company has gradually developed into a large-scale and comprehensive development.According to the current EPC general contracting model,most of the contractors are based on their own management experience model and focus on only paying attention to the actual expenses incurred by the project under their own management experience model,which may lead to the partial cost of the project being controlled,but the total cost But not the best.Project cost management runs through the entire engineering project,and whether a project is profitable or not is closely related to cost management.And in the process of project cost management,there are many factors that affect the cost.To solve the cost management problem of EPC projects and effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in domestic construction engineering field.Based on this,on the basis of domestic and foreign literature analysis and summary,this paper determines the research background,ideas and methods,summarizes the theory,methods and process related to EPC projects cost control,analyzes the development status of EPC projects in our country and the problems in cost control and difficulties,and then proposes the value-related theory.Take BZ1# municipal road engineering general contract project example to carry on the concrete analysis,the project overview,cost control characteristics and difficulties are expounded.Secondly,in view of the actual situation of the project,the design and construction consortium won the bid,the design cost is fixed,and it does not involve the cost control content in the design stage.Therefore,the cost control of this paper is mainly carried out by the construction cost control of the construction company,and the cost management control system based on the model of value engineering is established.The cost control system is based on the budget documents and the actual implementation of the project at the present stage,respectively from the labor cost control.In terms of material cost control and mechanical cost control,I constructed the project cost index system,decomposed the index hierarchy,calculated the project index coefficient and determined the improvement objectives,clarified the cost control results,and finally put forward the improvement plan of EPC municipal engineering project cost control.Including improving the construction organization management,strengthening the labor cost and mechanical equipment cost control,do a good job in the project correction work,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost,improve the contractor’s income.The research of this paper provides a certain reference for the application of project cost control in the general contracting mode of similar projects.
