Research On Cost Control Of Municipal Road Engineering Under Epc

The EPC mode has developed rapidly in international engineering projects due to its advantages of integrating design,procurement and construction,and has become the main engineering contracting mode.The government advocates giving priority to the general contracting mode and gradually promoting it in the pilot projects of municipal road projects and other infrastructure projects.Municipal road engineering is closely related to the construction and development of the city,the safety and quality of life of residents.However,most of the municipal road projects are reconstructed and expanded under the condition that there are users first and they are operated in the open air.They are greatly affected by the natural climate,involve a wide range of areas,and are difficult to coordinate.Therefore,it is difficult for the general contractor of the project to control the cost.However,the existing research is less focused on the cost control of the general contractor of municipal road projects under this mode.In order to maximize the advantages of the EPC mode,and improve the cost management ability of the general contractor,so as to reduce the project cost,thereby increase the benefits of the general contractor,and win a larger market for the contractor,it is urgent to carry out the research and design of cost control of municipal road engineering under this mode.First of all,this paper discusses the relevant theories and methods of municipal road engineering cost management,introduces the concept and construction procedures of the general contracting mode,analyzes the differences between the general contracting mode and the DBB mode and the characteristics of the EPC mode cost control;This paper combs the relevant theories of municipal road engineering cost,introduces the cost composition,cost control content and methods of municipal road engineering,studies the cost management mode of municipal road engineering,and makes in-depth analysis from the characteristics of municipal road construction projects and the problems in cost management,so as to elicit the demand for cost control of municipal road engineering under the general contract mode;Secondly,based on the perspective of the general contractor of the project,on the basis of carefully combing the relevant documents and fully investigating the case enterprises,this paper abstracts 26 factors from the influencing factors of the cost control of municipal road engineering under the general contract mode,and uses the expert consultation method to screen and optimize the influencing factors system of the cost control,and finally determines24 cost influencing factors systems.Based on this,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each impact in the impact factor system,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to modify and compare,and constructs the evaluation model of the impact factors of the municipal road project cost control under the general contract mode;Finally,the evaluation model of impact degree of cost influencing factors is applied to the actual municipal road engineering EPC project to evaluate the impact degree of cost control.Based on the analysis of project examples and cost control influencing factors,and on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of project cost and the influence degree of key factors of cost control,the countermeasures and suggestions for cost control are put forward from the three aspects of design stage,construction stage and procurement stage.Through the above research,this paper constructs the influencing factor model of municipal road engineering cost control under the general contract mode,and strives to provide new research methods and management ideas for the cost control of municipal road engineering under the general contract mode,and provide practical reference paths and references for improving the efficiency of cost control.
