| Under the background of accelerated urbanization,industrial modernization and the overall development and comprehensive promote of multi-mode architecture industrialization,the level of development of social productive forces in our country is constantly improving,housing consumers for a better life of high-quality housing is also rising,and residential construction is bound to get rid of the dependence and shackles of traditional cast-in-place construction methods to improve the longevity and quality of residential building products.Prefabricated concrete structure housing has becomes the focus of attention of all trades and professions as a result of their features of energy saving and emission reduction,improving quality and efficiency,and adding to the government’s stress on "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" and green buildings.However,the development of prefabricated concrete structure housing in China is still relatively lagging behind other developed countries,there are real problems such as insufficient construction experience and imperfect quality management system,and there are many construction links and related construction participants participants involved in the construction cycle,and the construction technology path adopted has also undergone major changes compared with the original technical path,the quality risk influencing factors have changed,and the original quality risk evaluation index system cannot be directly used in the quality risk assessment research of prefabricated concrete structure housing.Therefore,based on the perspective of construction cycle,it means much to overall distinguish and systematically assess the influencing factors of prefabricated concrete structure residential quality risks and ensure the quality and safety of building entities.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of the quality risk of prefabricated concrete structure housing,the recognition and selection of quality risk influencing factors during the construction cycle,and the build of evaluation model are used to generally evaluate and research the influencing factors of quality risk during the construction cycle.(1)Starting from the construction cycle of prefabricated concrete structure housing,the key points of quality risk control are sorted out,and the quality management operation mode is optimized by combining the theory of total quality management and the principle of BIM technology,and on this basis,combined with the relevant content of risk management,the quality risk management of prefabricated concrete structure residential is carried out around the four steps of risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation and risk response.(2)On the basis of the existing research findings at home and abroad,combined with the key points of quality risk control in the construction cycle of prefabricated concrete structure housing,from the quality risk formation process,quality management status and the five aspects of "man,machine,material,method and environment" 4M1 E of prefabricated concrete structure residential construction cycle,comprehensively identify and systematically sort out the influencing factors of quality risk,and combine the questionnaire survey method to carry out reliability and validity effectiveness analysis on them,in the light of analytical results,and ultimately establish the evaluation index system of quality risk influencing factors in the construction cycle of prefabricated concrete structure housing including 5 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators.(3)The weight determination methods of quality risk influencing factors evaluation index are compared,the interval hierarchy analysis method and entropy weight method are determined as the main and objective empowerment methods,and the game theory thought is used to optimize and integrate the subjective and objective weight results;in view of the fact that most of the evaluation indicators of quality risk influencing factors in the construction cycle of prefabricated concrete structure houses are qualitative indicators,and there are short of uniform evaluation criteria and reference values,so the normal cloud model is leading into building a comprehensive quality risk evaluation model.(4)Taking the indemnificatory housing project in Yancun Town,Fangshan District,Beijing,as an engineering example to validate the applicability and rationality of the opted comprehensive evaluation model,the study results show that the quality risk of the prefabricated concrete structure residential project is generally in a medium controllable state during the construction cycle,which is consistent with the actual situation;according to the evaluation results,the important influencing factors of quality risk are screened,and corrseponding risk countermeasures are proposed to effectively avoid risks and prevent the occurrence of quality problems during the construction cycle. |
