In recent years,assembled architecture has been an important part of the structural reform of industry supply,and has obtained strong support and policy tilting.Since2016,the General Office of the State Council issued normative documents on the development of the assembled construction industry,and proposed that the proportion will be increased from 2017 to 2027 to the proportion of new buildings to 30%.In 2019,the Office of the State Council has once again forwarded the document "Guidance Opinions on Perfecting Quality Assurance Systems,Improvement of Construction Projects",pointing out to vigorously develop assembled buildings,encourage enterprises to establish assembly construction parts production,construction,installation The whole process quality control system,the production of on-site supervision system on the production of assembled building parts.As we all know,under the driving of policies,assembled buildings get a rapid development.And rapidly developed assembled construction projects have significant differences in cast-in-in-inin-place projects.There is an extremely strict construction standard.The difficulty of hoisting technology is difficult,and the inter-site management risk is complicated,and the node connection is accurate.During the construction process,construction units It is also affected from different risk factors from internal and external environment.In this case,in order to control the negative impact of the risk,the possibility of risk generation is declining,and there is a critical role in managing the risk of managing assembled buildings with proper and scientific measures.The paper is based on the construction process of the Precast Concrete(PC)building construction process,combined with the beneficial results and successful experience in relevant research results at home and abroad,trying to construct a risk management mechanism that matches the assembly PC building process,then Taking the A project as a sample,the argumentation of risk management research.First,the research value and selection basis for studying the construction of assembly PC construction risks is to organize the actual implementation of the construction risk management of the installation PC building,and the relevant risk management is divided into three links,namely the risk.Identification,risk assessment,risk response.Secondly,in terms of the risk identification link,the WBS-RBS method is used to identify all the risks in the construction full process of the assembled PC building,and the list of risk factors is built,and the internal risks and external risks are divided;third,in risk identification results Based on,the combination of hierarchical analysis and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method quantitatively evaluates the project risk and imparts the weight,and ultimately identifies high risk items,and the detailed solution is set according to high risk items.Finally,based on specific cases,the risk management system described above is used to identify and evaluate the risk of assembled buildings,and the risk response measures are given in combination with the evaluation results to improve the level of risk prevention and control of construction units.The paper attempts based on feasibility and scientific effective fusion,and the theoretical theoretical basis can be assisted to assist assembled PC construction companies to optimize their construction risk management system.Provide a certain reference value and reference significance for the risk management research and practice of the subsequent assembly PC building construction stage.
