| Many schools have been built in recent years.As a new form of energy efficient and environmentally construction,constructing prefabricated building is not only an external policy requirement,but also an internal need.Researching on the comparison and selection of K15(kindergarten to high school age)school prefabricated building design scheme under the whole life cycle has practical significance.This paper summarizes the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the economic,environmental and social benefits of prefabricated building under the whole life cycle,this paper sums up the comparison and selection indexes of prefabricated building design schemes in three dimensions of economy,environment and society in the whole life cycle,and introduces several kinds of calculation models of prefabricated building design schemes.Based on the triple bottom line theory,the index system of K15 school’s prefabricated building design scheme is established.AHP is used to select the indexes in the index layer,and 15 indexes,such as the cost of school,the effect of energy saving and the effect of school operation,are used to establish the index layer.The weight of each index is determined by AHP-entropy weight method,and the calculation model is established by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive comparison method.Taking a K15 school as an example,using the above-mentioned comparison index system and calculation model,it explains in detail how to carry on the comparison and selection of the prefabricated building design scheme in the preliminary design stage of the school.The results of the comparison and selection are feasible and effective,and the research results can provide some references for the selection of the prefabricated building design scheme of K15 school. |
