The power industry as a supportive industry for economic development has its advance,power grid construction is also accelerating,and substation renovation project also made new progress,and for its quality management control will directly affect the people's lives and property and society stability.With the deepening of China's power market reform,the requirements for the construction of quality management are also increasing,the problem of inefficient construction projects have been unable to meet the national society for the quality of electricity requirements,to find efficient and reasonable substation transformation measures.First of all,this paper compares the characteristics and differences of quality management in the process of substation renovation project,compares the characteristics and differences of process implementation at home and abroad,expounds the quality management strategy of substation transformation process,and discusses the quality management methods and steps in detail Secondly,this paper describes the status quo of quality management of GIS technology transformation project in F substation.On the basis of analyzing the general situation of GIS technology improvement project in F substation,this paper puts forward the quality management plan of GIS technology of F transformer substation.Thirdly,Quality factors are identified and evaluated.It is concluded that the quality risk of this project is from five aspects: personnel factor,mechanical equipment factor,material factor,method factor and environmental factors,and then evaluate the quality of construction technology of GIS substation in F substation Finally,the F substation technological transformation project as an example,for the five factors put forward the corresponding quality management optimization strategy.The quality of engineers,the construction team leader,the production of workers quality control personnel,QC personnel and other parties to the quality of responsibility for the mechanical equipment for the implementation of the work of the project manager,the chief engineer,quality engineer,Quality management optimization is focused on doing the following work: First,the procurement process of equipment quality management optimization,the second is the machinery and equipment into the quality management when the approach,the third is the choice of mechanical equipment quality management optimization,four efficient use and strict management Machinery and equipment;for the optimization of material quality management is to focus on strengthening the principle of material quality control,good material inspection;the construction method of quality management optimization is the construction process for the whole process of a comprehensive quality management optimization;Finally,the implementation of environmental factors Quality management optimization measures.For the effective control of all aspects of the quality of the project to provide protection and improve the feasibility of the project.Based on the problems and shortcomings of the quality management of substation GIS reconstruction project,this paper puts forward the exact idea of optimizing quality management,and analyzes the main factors that affect the quality of the project,and puts forward the quality management of substation GIS technology optimization measures,the practical application value and reference.
