| Now,curtain wall engineering has been developing so fast.The unit type curtain wall which is used extensively in engineering field more and more is giving blast wave to the traditional frame type curtain wall.But the traditional frame curtain wall still has its advantages and meaning of existence,and the unit type curtain wall cannot fully replace and eliminating the frame curtain wall.(1)The author works out the general process and main content the design,construction and management,and thirteen contrast indicators are summarized for comparing the unit and the frame type curtain.(2)This paper contrasts the unit type curtain wall and the frame type curtain systematically through the analysis of technical characteristics of the unit type curtain wall and the frame type curtain,and get a list of comparative item about two kinds of wall.Frame type curtain wall structure take relative advantage of wind pressure resistance,design costs,construction costs,construction technology,applicable performance,and the unit curtain wall structure show relative advantage in curtain wall airtight,watertight performance,sound insulation performance,in-plane deformation,quality assurance,construction period and safety performance,maintenance costs.And the twelve indicators are further summarized as performance index,time index,cost index,quality index.(3)On the basis of the analysis above,this paper established a decision-making method how to select a curtain wall type which is based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and gave a case which shows how touse this decision method.In this paper has great theoretical and practical significance on the reasonable selection of curtain wall forms?(4)The selection decision method built in this paper and based on AHP gets rule layer weight and total weight to provide the basis for the final decision by evaluating the same situation two curtain wall forms in performance indicators,quality indicators,construction period and cost indicators of the relative merits. |
