In recent years,more and more enterprises have built distributed photovoltaic power stations on the roof of plant buildings.It is an economic energy solution to compensate for the production of electricity through spontaneous self-use,which not only does not occupy additional land,but also has significant carbon emission reduction benefits.The state encourages enterprises with advanced technology,strong investment capacity and standardized operation to carry out integrated services of design,construction,construction,management and operation of distributed photovoltaic power station projects in accordance with unified standards and specifications.Under this background,the EPC project general contracting mode is increasingly showing its advantages and gradually becoming the mainstream application mode in the field of distributed photovoltaic power station construction engineering in China.The EPC project of distributed photovoltaic power station has a short construction period,a wide range of technologies,and many internal and external uncontrollable factors,which put forward higher requirements for the project management ability of the general contractor,and project risk management is an indispensable part of it.Therefore,studying the risk management of distributed photovoltaic power station EPC project will help to avoid and reduce project risks,improve project economic benefits,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of distributed photovoltaic industry.This paper focuses on the case study of the life cycle of the L distributed photovoltaic power station EPC project of Z company.First,it uses the work and risk decomposition method(WBS-RBS)combined with the Delphi method to identify the risk of the case project,identify the risk factors of the project,and then evaluate the risk factors of the project through the correlation tree method.Finally,according to the risk evaluation results,Propose risk control strategies and measures for distributed photovoltaic power station project under EPC mode for Company Z.This paper summarizes a set of risk management process methods of distributed photovoltaic power station project risk management under EPC mode,and applies the correlation tree method to the risk assessment of distributed photovoltaic power station EPC project,which has strong practical significance.The research results of this paper provide reference and guidance for Z Company’s project risk management of distributed photovoltaic power stations under EPC mode,and also have certain practical significance for improving Z Company’s project risk management level of distributed photovoltaic power stations under EPC mode and improving the market competitiveness of enterprises.
