Currently,the problem of resources and environment is increasingly prominent.The development of new energy to reduce waste of resources and the environmental pressure has become an important goal of countries all over the world.As a foundation for human survival and development of the world's energy,solar energy is rich,convenient,clean and renewable,got the attention of countries all over the world.The distributed photovoltaic power generation Project is broad,but it is still in the process of design and construction using the traditional thinking and methods,hindered the pace of technical reform to update.How to make full use of innovative design thinking and construction methods to optimize the whole process,and to make efficient low consumption in the true sense of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects according to the characteristics of the project is a problem should be solved immediately.BIM technology can greatly improve the overall efficiency of the construction industry and ensure the final quality of the project.Therefore,the application of BIM technology to distributed photovoltaic power generation project is the trend.The research topic of this paper is the application of distributed photovoltaic power generation project construction management based on BIM technology.Firstly,BIM technology development and application status is combed by literature reading method,and the project based on BIM technology is put forward by referring to domestic and international research results.Then,the theory of BIM technology and distributed photovoltaic power generation project is introduced,and the application value of BIM technology in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation project is analyzed.The key point is to combine the difficulties in the construction of the distributed photovoltaic power project,put forward the BIM technology solution,build the Revit information model,use BIM software for the project management of the three major goals and work together,etc.Finally,combining with an example to analyze the specific situation of the application of BIM technology,to summarize the achievements and problems,and to put forward the countermeasures.The research of this paper can provide certain theoretical support for the construction management of distributed photovoltaic Power Generation Project,which can help to improve the construction technology and management level of the project and promote the coordination between various assignments.It is of great significance for distributed photovoltaic engineering of high efficiency,rapid development.
