Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Xiangtan Iron And Steel Factory From The Perspective Of Integration Of Industry And Tourism

With the development of China’s economy,industrial enterprises represented by iron and steel industry are entering a period of transformation and development,while the integration of tourism and industry has an obvious driving effect on the smooth development of the economy,therefore,the integration of industry and tourism is an effective way for industrial enterprises to achieve transformation and development.At the same time,under the concept of green development in our country,we should take the initiative to promote the low carbon development of industrial factories and the improvement of ecological environment to realize the transformation of traditional factory into ecological factory.The entry of tourism can not only provide people with an opportunity to understand industrial culture,industrial knowledge and industrial experience,but also have higher requirements for the landscape construction of industrial plants such as steel plants,which should effectively promote the utilization of resources,explore the strategy of factory landscape construction,and accelerate the transformation of traditional factory landscape into tourist landscape.This paper is based on tourism system theory,ecological design theory,environmental psychology and RMP analysis theory,and uses literature review,case study,questionnaire survey,field research,RMP analysis and AHP analysis.From the perspective of integration of industry and tourism,the Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory is used as a practical object to discuss how to reconstruct and design the landscape of the iron and steel factory.The main research results are as follows:(1)By selecting four relevant landscape design cases,this paper analyzes and summarizes from three aspects:project overview,project characteristics and experience reference,so as to provide enlightenment for Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory in terms of tourism development mode,landscape transformation design strategy,tourism product design and other specific content.(2)Explaining the discussion of theories related to the integration of industry and tourism,including the basic conditions,carrier,content and development path of the integration of industry and tourism,as well as the analysis of the relationship between the integration of industry and tourism and the landscape of the iron and steel factory,and the construction of the RMP analysis of the iron and steel factory and the comprehensive evaluation system of tourism resources.Based on the above discussion and related literature and case studies,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the iron and steel factory,systematically sort out the theories related to the landscape transformation design of iron and steel factory from four aspects:design principles,design elements,design expression,design contents and design strategies,and provide guidance for the practice of landscape renovation design in steel factory.(3)Taking Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory as the design practice,the basic status of the site was summarized through the analysis of the research situation,SWOT analysis was completed,and RMP analysis was conducted on Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory to derive the analysis results.Under the guidance of iron and steel factory landscape transformation design theory,the target positioning and concept conception are proposed,relying on the red genetic background,cultural heritage and spiritual connotation and iron and steel characteristics of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory to divide the functional areas and form the overall structure of "one ring,six districts and many nodes",to turn Xiangtan Iron and Steel Factory into an ecological iron and steel cultural park integrating green production,sightseeing,leisure and entertainment,cultural experience and science education.
