| Distribution network as an important component of power system,is the main battlefield of building new power system,is the main build new power system,is a key link of potential emission reduction.Intelligent and lean dispatching and operation management of distribution network is the guarantee of safe and reliable power supply,and also an important support for the realization of future distribution network energy interconnection.With the large access of distributed power sources,electric vehicles and incremental distribution networks,the grid structure of the distribution network has produced huge changes,and a large number of uncertain power sources have been added on the load side,which puts forward higher requirements for the dispatching management level of distribution network.In this context,this paper carries out the research on the distribution network dispatching management mode for the active distribution network demand,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Evaluation method of distribution network scheduling mode based on comprehensive weight TOPSIS model is proposed.First of all,the current scheduling management mode and the planning future intensive mode is summarized.And then,an evaluation index system considering the efficiency,coordination,economy and society is established.Furthermore,the hierarchical analysis method and the entropy weight method are applied to obtain the comprehensive weight.And the evaluation model based on TOPSIS is established.Finally,take the actual distribution network in the north as an example to analyze the dispatching management mode.The results show that the intensification mode is better than the current mode,but there are advantages and disadvantages between the different degrees of intensification mode,the more intensive mode are not necessarily better.(2)The distribution network management mode is designed according to the demand of intensive mode reform,and put forward the organizational structure and business process optimization scheme.In order to make the mode reform more targeted and feasible,a survey questionnaire of distribution network dispatching management mode reform is designed close to the actual operation process of county distribution and adjustment.Considering the results of questionnaire survey and model evaluation,the model of "one county,one scheduling" is determined as the current direction of model reform.Finally,the actual county dispatch department of a northern province was taken as a pilot,the model reform plan was put forward from the two aspects of organizational structure and business process.The actual operation test for 3 months verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model intensive reform plan.(3)Considering the future development needs of distribution network,the comprehensive evaluation method of active distribution network dispatching operation management for low carbon goals is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the reform of dispatching management mode.The distribution network is analyzed from the perspectives of infrastructure,business management,economic cost and low carbon environmental protection.Low-carbon indicators are established considering the carbon emission level and the low-carbon source-load regulation level of the dispatching and operation system,and then a comprehensive evaluation index system of DOM level is constructed.The DOM level is preliminarily evaluated by the combination of gray correlation and TOPSIS.Guided by the given carbon emission rate and low-carbon source-load regulation level of distribution network,a secondary evaluation is conducted.The distribution network of a northern province is taken as an example to compare the dispatching and operation management level,and the key factors restricting its improvement are analyzed,so as to provide guidance for the development of future dispatching and management mode of active distribution network. |
