Analysis And Research On Intensive Dispatching Management Of Distribution Network In Dongguan Power Supply Bureau

The intensive management of power systems has greatly promoted the power supply enterprises to improve the level of office automation.It is of great significance for optimizing the grid structure and improving the reliability of power supply and the level of distribution automation.It can effectively improve the efficiency of power supply production management,bringing significant social and economic benefits.This paper first analyzes the operation status of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,discusses the main problems existing in the current distribution network operation,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the intensive operation of Dongguan distribution network.Combined with the actual situation of Dongguan distribution network scheduling,by comparing the three scheduling modes of distribution network intensification,the "1 mode" is finally selected as the mode scheme for realizing the intensive management of Dongguan,which is the large regional concentration mode.Then,the construction of distribution network intensive system is analyzed in detail.The phased tasks and planning under the three stages include: the main division of labor and organization configuration of each stage,the department's job responsibilities and business processes,the configuration of the technical support system,etc.,and the current professional configuration of the Dongguan Bureau as an example.The staff allocation algorithm after distribution network intensification is studied.Finally,it focuses on these directions that need to be built in the intensive management of distribution network dispatching,integrated power outage management strategy,management strategy for distribution network operation drawings and accident repair management strategy.And from the smart grid distribution network scheduling operation management measures and future development direction,these two aspects give recommendations for the sustainable development of the distribution network under the smart grid.The application of the distribution network dispatching intensive management system in Dongguan power supply bureau has greatly improved the efficiency of power supply and distribution transaction processing,and has an extremely important influence on improving the satisfaction of power users.
