With the gradual development of the economic level and the rapid growth of the electricity load,this also puts higher requirements on the reliability of power supply.The distribution network in the power supply terminal chain is increasingly in the power system.In the past,most of the evaluations of power distribution systems used reliability analysis indicators as the standard.However,the reliability analysis theory relied too much on the historical fault statistics of the components,and the corresponding indicators also had a certain lag.Therefore,the introduction of the health diagnosis theory based on the real-time performance state of the grid equipment into the power system can show its advantages in power maintenance and planning.This paper combines the characteristics of the main network equipment health index and the characteristics of the distribution system proposed by the British EA company to establish the corresponding equipment level and network level health index model.Firstly,the health index theory is applied to the distribution system,the state information of four kinds of key equipment is analyzed and processed,the key indexes are selected,the health index of the weighted comprehensive computing equipment is calculated,and the variable weight theory is introduced in order to avoid the short plate effect.The model establishment and solution process of health index of distribution equipment are introduced by taking distribution transformer as an example.Secondly,in view of the wide variety of distribution equipment,a large number of problems.Therefore,on the basis of known equipment Health index,this paper takes the health index theory into the network level considering the connection mode of devices in the network.The system hierarchy diagram is obtained by simplifying the system topology by means of network equivalence method,and the network Health Index model of distribution system is established according to the goal of ensuring reliable and continuous power supply on the client side,and the network Health index is obtained by using the successful flow method as the analysis idea to solve the model.Finally,the simulation analysis and example verification are carried out under the structure of IEEE RBTS-Bus2 system,and the results show that the algorithm model has certain feasibility and accuracy,and the network Health index is calculated by using the known health index of the existing equipment into the model,and the network weak links are excavated.
