As an important anti-submarine weapon,the torpedo warhead is of great significance to enhancing national defense strength.And the energy-gathering warhead is one of the important directions of warhead development in recent years.The loads generated when the shaped warhead damages underwater targets include metal jets,shock waves,bubble pulses,and bubble jets.Under the coupling action of multiple loads,it can cause devastating blows to underwater targets.Based on the ALE algorithm in LS-DYNA,this paper research on the damage characteristics of the concentrated energy series warhead penetrating the submarine structure.The influence of various factors on the metal jet load is explored,and the effectiveness of the calculation method in this paper is verified through experiments.Finally,the real ship structure is introduced to simulate the damage under real sea conditions.Based on the existing literature and experimental data,this paper determines the research focus of this paper in view of the shortcomings of the current research:The ALE-3D algorithm is used to verify the bubble pulsation and shaped jet penetration.Compared with the classical theoretical formula and related test data,the validity of the method adopted in this paper is confirmed.In order to explore the influence of various factors on the underwater metal jet load,we start from two aspects:one is the structural parameters of the liner itself:liner type,thickness and diaphragm structure;the other is starting from different initial conditions,using Different detonation methods and different water depth conditions,and then analyze the changing law of the shaped jet load under different conditions.Subsequently,the experimental research on the damage mechanism of the shaped jet was carried out.Through the research on the underwater metal jet load penetrating the target plate,the general rule of the underwater metal jet load penetrating structure is obtained.Simplify the double-layer shell structure into a double-layer plate frame structure,and choose a medium-sized torpedo shaped warhead for modeling.The damage characteristics of the double-layer plate frame structure under the influence of different dimensionless diaphragm position parameters,different medium conditions and different hydrostatic pressure conditions were analyzed.Finally,carry out real ship modeling for foreign XX submarines,and simplify the structure of the energy-gathering series warhead.Based on the damage results of the metal jet load produced by the front-stage shaped charge of the tandem warhead penetrating the outer shell of the submarine,the overall damage to the submarine structure by the shock wave,bubble pulsation and jet load generated by the post-stage blasting charge is analyzed.By changing the water depth conditions and the detonation position of the blasting charge,the damage rules of the actual submarine structure under the joint action of metal jet load,shock wave,bubble pulsation and jet load are summarized.The results show that the arc-cone drug cover has a good penetration effect on the underwater target structure,and the ring-shaped array detonation method can greatly enhance the jet velocity;under the condition of different dimensionless positions of the partition,the faster the jet velocity,the faster the jet velocity.It will cause greater damage to the underwater target structure,so it is necessary to select the position parameters of the diaphragm comprehensively with explosives;for the real submarine structure,only local plastic failure occurs under shallow water conditions,and part of the bubble jet load acts on the free liquid surface;Under deep water conditions,the warheads connected in series can cause serious damage to the structure.Under the action of bubble pulsation and jet load,about 1/3 of the submarine’s ring ribs will be destabilized,and the outer shell will warp at the same time;The damage caused is greater than the overall damage to the submarine structure under the condition of an angle of attack of 0 degrees.
