Research On Operation And Management Of Public Charging Facilities For Electric Vehicles In Beijing

In recent years,with the implementation of energy conservation,emission reduction,green low-carbon and "new infrastructure",the infrastructure for electric vehicles has been rapidly developed.As a super large city,Beijing has a certain scale of public charging facilities for electric vehicles,but the problem of charging difficulties still exists.Through the research on the operation and management of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Beijing,it is hoped to promote the healthy development of public charging facilities industry,facilitate the travel of electric vehicle users,and improve the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the theory of public goods and the theory of government functions,this paper uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to make an in-depth analysis of the operation and management of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Beijing.First of all,the policy basis,development history,market scale,distribution and operation management mode of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Beijing are introduced,and the difficulties of using public charging piles for electric vehicles in Beijing are investigated by questionnaire.Then,based on the analysis of survey data,the main problems of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Beijing were found,including five aspects:high failure rate of charging piles,unreasonable distribution of charging station piles,occupying of charging parking Spaces,high price and low utilization rate of charging piles.After that,it explores the causes of the problems,which mainly include inadequate operation and management of public charging stations,imperfect charging technology,immature operation mode and imprecise policies and measures.Finally,in order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from five aspects:increasing policy support for technological innovation,improving policy rules for operation management,promoting the establishment of cooperative operation mode,urging enterprises to improve operation services and promoting advanced experience in the industry.
