Research On Operation Management Of Electric Vehicle Public Charging Facilities In Dongguan City

At present,new energy vehicle has successfully achieved the target of industrial scale,and the developed countries have introduced a lot of relevant policies to speed up the development of the electric vehicle industry and promote the prosperity of the country's economy.The Chinese government has also issued a series of policies to promote the popularization of electric vehicles in China.In order to respond to national policies and strengthen the promotion of electric vehicles in Dongguan,this paper starts from the actual situation,studies the operation and management of electric vehicle public charging facilities in Dongguan,and promotes the operation management and development of electric vehicle public charging facilities in Dongguan in a more effective way.Firstly,the geographical conditions of Dongguan City and the current situation of electricity trading market,that affect the operation of electric vehicle charging facilities,are introduced and the development process of electric vehicle public charging facilities in Dongguan City is reviewed.Then,through the empirical analysis,this paper discusses the problems existing in the operation of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Dongguan,and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the operation of public charging facilities,and figure out the main factors that hinder the development of public charging facilities for electric vehicles in Dongguan: lack of planning for public charging facilities,inadequate policy support,immature public charging service operation mode and lack of relevant technical skills.Finally,according to the analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with the objective conditions of Dongguan City,user habits and enterprise resource advantages and other factors,from the four aspects of urban planning,policy formulation,government-enterprise cooperation,and personnel training,put forward a set of electric vehicle public charging facilities to promote the operation and management and development of Dongguan.At the same time,in order to verify the scientificity and rationality of the scheme,Songshan Lake is selected as the pilot area for the trial operation of the scheme.
