Abstract/Summary:
Water is referred to as the "source of life" because it is the basis for all life, production, and ecological systems. In China, the development of drinking water and the orderly growth of urban management are both hampered by the scarcity of freshwater resources and water pollution. In contrast,China’s rural communities have limited access to safe drinking water due to ongoing development projects that do not support them. With the development of social and economic development, our government recognizes that the rural residents of drinking water management is a matter of people’s livelihood, touching the people’s livelihood of major issues,in recent years, the central and local increase the efforts of urban and rural drinking water safety work,to take a series of engineering and management measures to solve some urban and rural residents of drinking water safety problems. However, the situation of drinking water safety is still very serious, many areas of water shortage, some drinking water source pollution aggravated, some rural drinking water is bitter and salty or contains high fluoride, high arsenic and schistosomal pathogens and other problems, posing a serious threat to the health of the people. This study is based on the above situation to actively find out the factors affecting the quality of rural drinking water,to provide suggestions and advice for rural drinking water management. This study firstly understands the current situation of local rural drinking water quality and finds out its influencing factors based on the basic situation of rural drinking water quality monitoring in 2016-2020 in area A.Then, the influencing factors of rural drinking water quality were obtained through literature analysis method, expert survey method and questionnaire survey method.Structural equation modeling method is used to establish the structural equation model of rural drinking water quality influencing factors, and the structural equation model that meets the requirements of relevant parameters is obtained by importing the qualified data into the model for fitting evaluation and correction after the test verification,so as to find the rural drinking water quality influencing factors. The present study, after the above analysis and discussion, finally yielded the following results.First, the factors affecting rural drinking water quality in area A were summarized.According to the 2016-2020 rural drinking water quality monitoring data in area A,the overall passing rate, different water supply scales, different water seasons, water quality under different water sample types and indicators affecting the passing rate of rural drinking water quality, the five major aspects of water quality were analyzed to fully understand the 2016-2020 rural drinking water quality monitoring in area A,and to derive a possible impact on rural drinking water quality, there are factors including the scale of water supply, type of water source, water period, rainfall, weather temperature and humidity, etc.Second, further screened out the rural drinking water quality impact factors.Through A area 2016-2020 water quality monitoring data analysis and literature analysis method to screen out 70 influencing factors, summarized and organized to get 41 rural drinking water quality influencing factors. On this basis, the 41 influencing factors were grouped into six aspects of nature,personnel,equipment,management,socio-economics and specific situations through expert interviews, and then experts were invited to score the influencing factors, and the data obtained were processed using Matlab software using gray correlation analysis method to get 6 first-level influencing factors and 32second-level influencing factors. The six primary influencing factors, including natural,human,equipment,management,socio-economic and specific factors, and their corresponding 26 secondary influencing factors, were obtained after reliability testing using the questionnaire method of data collection.Third, the use of structural equation modeling method to establish the impact of rural drinking water quality factors of the structural equation model, through the inspection and verification of qualified data into the model for fitting evaluation and correction, the structural equation model to meet the requirements of the relevant parameters.Fourth,by normalizing the path coefficients, the weights of each indicator of rural drinking water quality impact factors are obtained. Finally, according to the order of index weights of rural drinking water quality impact factors, from management factors,socio-economic factors, equipment factors, natural factors, specific factors and personnel factors to give relevant recommendations.
