At present,China's rural drinking water security is facing serious challenges,while attention to rural residents drinking water quality is increasing.We must reform the drinking water treatment which effect is not ideal of the traditional water purification process,so we introduced membrane technology to solve the transformation of traditional drinking water treatment process,to make up for the shortcomings of the current water treatment technology and improve the quality of drinking water,to further improve the rural drinking water safety standards.Although at this stage ultrafiltration membrane technology can solve the water quality which is not up to the water quality standards,but if you can not monitor the water qualityeffectively,drinking water still not been able to effectively deal with security problems.Therefore,the use of rural water supply in the ultrafiltration membrane technology,must be applied to an ultrafiltration membrane water treatment plant water quality monitoring process and established a network management platform.Ultrafiltration demonstration projects in rural areas that works as the main object of study of this paper,after analyzing the current situation of safe drinking water in rural and the development of water quality monitoring system,for water ultrafiltration membranes,combined with the status of water quality in water treatment plant,constructed a set of water quality monitoring system which applicable to the demonstration project.Analysis the operating results of major equipment which is put into operation some time,then analyzed the operation reliabilityfrom the instrument's basic performance of the on-line turbidity and the online monitoring results of source water and producted water.And then summed up the experience of the actual operation of the system.The main conclusions are summarized as follows:1.Byanalyzing the water quality,the source water's color,turbidity and microbial indicators exceeded significantly,treated by ultrafiltration membrane technology,water quality has been improved significantly.2.Thewater quality monitoring program which fit this demonstration project has been designed:determine turbidity,film pool's level,transmembrane pressure and water leakage current capacity as a monitoring project and determine the arrangement of the various monitoring points to monitor the project.3.Determinethe the water quality monitoring system's overall compositionof this ultrafiltration demonstration projectand composition of each part of the construct are described.4.By analyzing the operation of the main equipment of the system,obtained the monitoring datas of the main monitoring instrumentation were reliable,Operational control management system is in stable condition and the various functional indicators were normal,It can be used to monitor and guide the work of the ultrafiltration membrane drinking water plants.5.It summarizes some of the problems in the actual operation of the system and specific issues presented practical solutions,based on the actual problems put forward a series of recommendations for system operation and management.This study can contribute a certain reference value for the new ultrafiltration membrane waterworks and the transformation of the old waterworks,study results have important practical value.
