| Carbon peak and carbon neutral are the major strategic decisions of the country at present and the important layout of the construction of socialist ecological civilization.Double carbon will also drive the birth of new technologies and bring unprecedented reform opportunities to the social economy.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" points out that to promote the transformation of production,life and governance with digital transformation as the core,and to achieve the goal of "double carbon",we must jointly promote digitalization and greening,improve the production efficiency of enterprises,promote sustainable development,reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy and carbon emissions,and promote the harmonious coexistence of the global environment with the support of the industrial Internet.At present,as the digital economy continues to penetrate into all walks of life,the internal and the environment of automobile enterprises will be affected by various changes.Digitalization will continue to provide impetus for reform for automobile manufacturing enterprises,and digital transformation will be the only way for enterprises to realize modernization and usher in national development.Digital technologies such as "Big Smart Mobile Cloud" will further penetrate all key nodes of the automobile industry chain,provide personalized services,create intelligent products,and innovate the business model system;The new face brought by digital technology innovation will replace the old mechanism driven by capital with an irresistible trend.How to choose the development path driven by innovation? In view of the different national conditions,China will have to take its own unique steps.On the basis of summing up the existing research theories of digital transformation at home and abroad,and according to the different national conditions,this study proposes a study on the development of digital transformation of domestic auto enterprises.Based on the classic theory of value chain,the smile curve is drawn as the theoretical basis,and PEST model,Porter’s Five Forces model and other analysis tools are used to analyze the digital transformation motivation,transformation path The transformation objectives and other contents are systematically analyzed and studied.Based on the case study of BYD,an analytical framework of digital transformation and value creation has been constructed.Enterprises should introduce and use digital technology as a technical guarantee,build digital systems,improve business processes,improve business efficiency,promote the synergy of digital transformation in all links of the value chain,and promote enterprises to improve their digital capabilities-digital R&D and intelligent manufacturing to create competitive power Digital marketing services create customized capabilities,and digital supply chain management improves resource allocation capabilities.Finally,this study examines the value creation effect of BYD’s digital transformation from five aspects.This paper finds that BYD’s digital transformation has improved the efficiency of enterprise management and operation,reduced operating costs and energy consumption,and created more value for the enterprise.The specific conclusions are as follows: BYD has implemented the digital transformation strategy around the upgrading of the value chain based on its own advantages;By comprehensively promoting the digital transformation of all links of the value chain,synergy has been generated,forming the enterprise’s digital capability and stabilizing the transformation results;The achievements of BYD’s value creation are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: reducing costs and increasing efficiency in digital operation management,optimizing staff structure and improving per capita output value,intelligent products and services to meet market demand,value co-creation mechanism to expand the scope of value creation,and following the "double carbon" goal to lead the industry change.Finally,based on the analysis of BYD’s digital transformation,the article puts forward some suggestions for reference. |
