| Based on the background of "carbon peak in 2030" and "carbon neutral in 2060",the photovoltaic industry has a broad space for long-term growth.During the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the rapid growth of domestic installed capacity has become increasingly clear.Photovoltaic power generation is a typical technology and capital-intensive industry.The construction of photovoltaic power stations has a large demand for funds and a long payback period of investment.There are financing difficulties,shortage of funds and other problems.This has also become an important factor restricting the investment and construction projects of photovoltaic power generation enterprises.Effective identification of financing risks can improve the efficiency of the construction and operation of photovoltaic power station projects.This paper focuses on the research on the identification and response of the financing risk of XY photovoltaic power station project.Through the analysis of the current financing situation of XY photovoltaic power station project,it identifies the financing risks that may exist in the operation,including credit risk,completion risk,market risk,financial risk and policy risk.This paper further introduces the AHP-FCE model to identify the financing risk of XY photovoltaic power station project.Through analysis,it is found that: first,there is a large demand for project financing,a long period of capital return,and high financing risk.At present,there are financing risk identification and control problems;The second is to identify the financing risk of XY photovoltaic power station project through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;Thirdly,based on the analysis results,suggestions are put forward to deal with the financing risks of XY photovoltaic power station project,including optimizing enterprise reputation,improving construction efficiency,and avoiding interest rate risks.This paper focuses on the research on financing risk identification and response of XY photovoltaic power station project,expands the application scope of AHP-FCE model,and also enriches case studies in this field.At the same time,this paper provides a reference for the financing risk identification of photovoltaic power station projects,and provides effective suggestions for improving the financing efficiency of XY photovoltaic power station projects. |
