Energy is an important material basis of economy and society.However,with the continuous development of economy and energy consumption,China has become the largest carbon emitter in the world.Facing the dual pressure of environmental pollution and energy shortage,it is urgent to transform to clean and low-carbon energy.Solar energy resources have the advantages of cleanness,environmental protection,safety and convenience,and its reserves are rich.With the goal of carbon neutralization and carbon peak,it is a general trend and imperative to vigorously develop and promote photovoltaic power generation projects.Most photovoltaic power generation projects have the characteristics of long cycle,large investment and complex application technology.Therefore,the uncertain factors,i.e.risk,existing in the process of project implementation will be relatively large.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of photovoltaic power generation industry to systematically and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the risks of photovoltaic power plants,so as to carry out scientific and effective management and control.DT group is one of the five major power generation enterprises in China.At present,DT group is also actively carrying out the research and construction of photovoltaic power generation,and striving to upgrade and transform to green and efficient new energy power generation.This paper divides the risk management process of Chenggu 50 MW photovoltaic power station project into three main steps,namely risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation,risk control and countermeasures.Firstly,the risks existing in DT group’s photovoltaic power station are identified by brainstorming,classified and analyzed,and the risk list is listed.Then,the weight of various risk factors is determined by analytic hierarchy process,the risk level of the project is evaluated based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk level of the evaluated project is divided and comprehensively evaluated,and finally the corresponding risk control countermeasures are put forward according to the above risk identification and comprehensive evaluation results.In this paper,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to calculate the risk coefficient of Chenggu 50 MW photovoltaic power station of DT group.The calculation shows that the risk value of the project is 0.1905 and the risk level is mild risk.According to the risk assessment results of Chenggu 50 MW photovoltaic power station and corresponding risk control methods,implement them into specific work,formulate corresponding guarantee measures,improve the risk management ability of photovoltaic power generation project,and provide certain risk management guarantee for DT group’s construction and investment of photovoltaic power station,The risk monitoring and control capability of the whole photovoltaic power generation project has been effectively improved.
