As the economy increase speed is slowing down in 2015,Globalization for manufacturing industry is speeding up,recovery of Chinese manufacturing industry become more and more hard,enterprise should clearly recognize own core power and weak point,getting cooperative partners with other enterprises is important for suiting market change.With the development and mature of Supply Chain cooperative partners in China,more and more plumbing enterprise know the important of implementing supply chain management,increasing the core competition advantage,quickly responding the market demanding,more service for the consumer.In traditional Chinese plumbing manufactures are attempting implementing supply chain management,starting from the fundamental work,according to the enterprise's practical condition,determining the structure model of supply chain cooperative partners.In compliance with the theory of supply chain management,picking the strategy cooperative partners which are according with development of supply chain management,which require the enterprise has corresponding evaluation index system and evaluation method.Currently,qualification and quantity conjoining evaluation methods are applied more,through appraising the corresponding indexes,comprehensively evaluating each cooperative partner in the supply chain and the survey from similar company.From these,assuring the cooperative partners coincide with the supply chain,are the enterprise's strategy partners.Each enterprise in the supply chain,learn from each other,show one's own important role,make the supply chain better development.This paper through analyzing the background of X plumbing enterprise,explain the existing evaluating method and index of cooperative partners.Pointing out the problems of choosing supply chain cooperative partners,and redesigning the evaluation index system,selecting new appraise method of cooperative partners.Through evaluation the actual cooperative partners,verifying the evaluation index system and evaluation method.All of these,we try to give some advices about implementing supply chain cooperative partners of X plumbing enterprise,which may be useful for the option of supply chain cooperative partners.
