Research On Space Design Of Rural Residential In Xuzhou Based On Assembly

Rural housing is the main place of daily production and life of villagers,and an important carrier of local living culture and memory,which not only reflects the adaptation to the natural environment and the development of rural society,but also has distinct regional characteristics.With the comprehensive promotion of the ’rural revitalization strategy’,the improvement of the quality of rural housing has become an important part of the construction of ’beautiful village’ and ’livable village’ at this stage.After the large-scale demolition and construction during the exploration period of new rural construction,China’s rural residential construction generally revealed three common problems,one is the high energy consumption of construction,the other is the loss of regional characteristics,and the third is the lack of ecological concept.The development of low-carbon construction,high environmental adaptability and land intensive rural housing has become the focus of China’s agricultural housing construction in the new era.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,China attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,and listed ’improving the design level and construction level of agricultural houses and building new types of agricultural houses that meet the actual needs of rural production and life’ as an important work content for building ’green ecological livable and beautiful villages’ issued by the State Council,and vigorously advocated the development of prefabricated buildings in rural areas.Starting from the essence of architectural design-space creation,this paper discusses the spatial composition method of prefabricated production mode in rural housing,and proposes design strategies to promote the cultural inheritance and ecological sustainability of rural residential buildings from two aspects: improving the regional adaptability and spatial flexibility of rural houses.This study focuses on the design of rural residential space under prefabricated assembly technology,combines the advantages of prefabricated buildings,the characteristics of rural residential space,and related theories to construct a theoretical framework for the local design of prefabricated rural residential space.On the basis of field investigation and questionnaire analysis of the living environment of sample villages in Xuzhou area,the spatial components,space requirements and spatial problems of local farmhouses are summarized,and then the following two design strategies are proposed: First,combined with the architectural typology method of neo-regionalism,the basic ’prototype’ of traditional rural houses in Xuzhou is extracted,the basic method of transforming traditional architectural form language to prefabricated rural housing space form is analyzed,and the spatial design strategy of prefabricated rural housing in Xuzhou is established on this basis.The second is to use the modular theory to construct the space module library of prefabricated farmhouses in Xuzhou area,and on this basis,the design strategy of diversified organization of prefabricated farmhouses in Xuzhou is established,and the spatial form design strategy is combined to cope with the unreasonable spatial scale and single homogeneity of the current new farmhouse construction.Finally,the rationality and wide applicability of the dual strategies of formal language translation of rural residential space based on "prototype" and flexible "modular combination" design are demonstrated through design practice,in order to provide reference for rural residential design and rural prefabricated building design in Xuzhou area,and help the in-depth development of rural revitalization.
