A Study On The Design Strategy Of Rural Farmhouse In Central Anhui Province

In recent years,China’s rural economy has developed rapidly,and the living standards of farmers have been improving day by day.At the same time,the construction of rural housing has also received increasing attention from people.With the development of society,changes in population structure,continuous improvement of people’s lives,and continuous improvement of farmers’ quality of life,the living and production requirements of farmers are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,designing and constructing new types of farmers’ housing has become an urgent task.Due to the development of new rural construction and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,the pursuit of land conservation has led to a single architectural function,and the use of modern materials has resulted in a lack of regional style.At the same time,it has also ignored the demand for rural residential space in farmers’ production and life,resulting in the construction of rural residential buildings with a thousand villages and one side view.Therefore,under the development of the times,building rural unified rural residential buildings that meet the living needs of rural populations is an urgent research topic.This article takes the rural unified construction of rural homesteads in the central Anhui region as the research object,and explores the design methods and strategies suitable for the construction of rural unified construction of rural homesteads in the central Anhui region from multiple perspectives.The specific research content is as follows:This article sorts out the development status of rural rural homesteads in the central region of Anhui.Firstly,it investigates the natural environmental characteristics,economic and social development situation of the region.Secondly,it investigates and studies rural dwellings in the central region of Anhui.From the research on traditional and modern homesteads in the central region of Anhui,it sorts out the characteristics of rural homesteads in different periods and summarizes the problems that exist in rural homesteads in the central region of Anhui today.And based on its development and evolution,summarize the factors that affect the development of rural homesteads in the central Anhui region.I hope to design the architectural layout,regional style,functional space,and construction technology of rural homesteads,in order to make the newly built rural unified rural homesteads more suitable for the living habits and production and lifestyle of farmers.Finally,under the guidance of design strategies,a modern rural unified construction rural homestead plan with regional characteristics in the central Anhui region and meeting people’s production and lifestyle needs was designed.Due to the regional characteristics of rural rural homesteads,this study has strong pertinence and proposes corresponding solutions for the problems in the construction of rural unified housing in central Anhui.It forms a theory and method suitable for the design of rural unified housing in central Anhui,providing reference for future rural unified housing design.Illustration [127] Attached Table [13] References [47]...
