With the vigorous development of the global digitization,the commercial society has entered ‘the era of digital economy’.In the era of digital economy,the integration of management business and new generation of information technology represented by the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain is accelerating,which constantly reshaping business concepts and business models.At the same time,the competition in the global construction machinery market is becoming more and more intensify.At present,the Chinese construction machinery market is experiencing an unprecedented and far-reaching digital transformation revolution.The CPC Central Committee,the State Council,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,along with other related departments,have all issued relevant documents focusing on ‘promoting quality improvement of manufacturing industry’.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the necessity of acceleration of the construction of a strong manufacturing country.the report requires keep developing advanced manufacturing and promote the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial digital and substantial economy.Facing all-rounded opportunities and challenges,what construction machinery enterprises need is not only acceleration of digital capabilities construction,but also promotion on digital transformation strategies.Based on the background above,this thesis takes construction machinery enterprise C as the research object(hereinafter referred to as "C enterprise"),takes grounded theory as the research basis,and focuses on the digital transformation demands of quality management proposed by C enterprise.Through vertical and longitudinal research,influencing factor models suitable for C enterprises are constructed.This thesis firstly reviews the evolution of digital transformation and grounded theory,and then clarifies the differences between traditional quality management and digital quality management.It is concluded that there are still gaps in the strategic framework of quality digitalization for the construction machinery market.Secondly,based on the grounded theory and the comprehensive investigation of C enterprise,the quality digitalization strategic framework suitable for C enterprise is constructed.In compliance with the current policy requirements,put forward digital transformation measures of quality management suitable for C enterprises.The first-hand direct data used for the research and analysis in this thesis all come from the interviews of C enterprise’s employees,who are senior,formal and having participated in the strategic planning of digital transformation.The supplementary materials used in this thesis are all from the previous work documents of the quality management department of C enterprise and the public information from official channels.Through the research process of initial concept sorting(37)-open coding(7)-axis coding(3)-selective coding,a strategic framework of quality management digitalization for C enterprises has been formed,which including:leadership(strategic and organizational design,cost optimization and business value enhancement,technology and digitalization application);ideology(quality culture);process(supply chain quality management,customer quality management,quality management systems).
