Research On Intensive Operation Strategy Of Port Logistics Enterprises Based On Grounded Theory

In recent years,with the continuous increase of domestic and international economic downward pressure and the aggravation of various market uncertainty risks,transformation and upgrading to achieve high-quality development has gradually become the key target task of various industries.As a key indicator to measure highquality development,actively promoting intensive upgrading is of great significance for achieving high-quality development within the industry.For enterprises,the realization of intensive operation means to a certain extent that they can provide customers with higher quality services,obtain faster business operation efficiency,and control the market competitiveness with more cost advantages.Based on this,this thesis creatively uses the grounded theory research method to focus on the influencing factors and realization paths of intensive operation of port logistics enterprises,in order to provide reference for their intensive and high-quality development.This thesis first takes three Tianjin port logistics enterprises with different operating conditions as the research subject,and collects relevant data through semistructured in-depth interviews.Secondly,the Nvivo12 qualitative analysis tool is used to analyze the three-level coding of the obtained data,and then the influencing factors of the intensive operation of port logistics enterprises are obtained and the influencing mechanism model is constructed.Finally,according to the analysis of the influence path of each factor,the intensive operation strategy of port logistics enterprises is put forward from five aspects : manpower,capital,technology,organization and environment.This thesis integrates the concept of quality management and combines the quantitative research of big data verification analysis,which enriches the connotation of grounded theory and provides data support for various influencing factors.In addition,the intensive operation strategy of port logistics enterprises is deeply analyzed from three aspects : definition cognition,improvement idea and implementation focus,so as to make the proposed strategy more universal and operable.
