With the continuous development of the economic level,domestic mature enterprises are obviously in a backward position in performance evaluation management.Although the company has developed a good development strategy,it lacks a performance evaluation system that can implement the strategy,and the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is a tool that can effectively implement the corporate strategy.Therefore,this thesis mainly explores how to build a performance evaluation system suitable for the actual development strategy of Company C on the basis of strategy and balanced scorecard,and help Company C solve the current difficult situation.Based on the study of the relevant literature of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,this thesis summarizes and sorts out the research trends of domestic and foreign performance evaluation,balanced scorecard and the combination of the two,combines the theoretical research on performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method and quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze the current situation of C company’s performance evaluation system,and summarizes that its relatively single index selection and certain limitations in the selection of indicators have certain problems,which have brought certain development dilemmas to C company Therefore,it is imperative to establish a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.In addition,the PEST and SWOT models are used to conduct specific studies on the internal and external environment of Company C,derive the current strategic development plan of Company C,and draw a strategic map of Company C.At the same time,according to the development strategy of Company C,the strategic theme is clarified,the performance evaluation indicators at all levels are designed on the basis of the balanced scorecard,and the analysis of hierarchy method(AHP)is used to evaluate each level and the selected indicators,so as to build a judgment matrix to determine its weight,improve the design of the new performance evaluation system,and apply and implement it in Company C,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate its 2021 annual business status.The new performance evaluation system designed can greatly make up for the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system and help C company managers make more scientific business decisions.Finally,corresponding safeguards are proposed for the results of the evaluation to ensure the successful operation of the performance evaluation system in Company C.
