China’s economy is changing from high-speed development to high-quality development.With the continous development of industrilization,the demand for electrucity in various industries and households is also increasing day by day.As an important basic pilar industry,electric power industry is nearly related to the national econmy.With the continous deepening of the reform of the electric power system,the electricity sales and distribution are gradually market-oriented,and the market competition faced by the electric power enteprises is becoming more and more firce.No matter what period of development the electric power enterprises are in,if they want to achieve organizational goals and improve their core competitiveness,we must attach great importance to enterprise perfomance management.Performance evaluation is the key link in performance management.The peformance evaluation system of electric power industry is a comprehensive evaluation.In addition,the advantages of the balanced scorecard in the implemetation of enterprise strategy have also been valued by many managers at home and abroad.Therefore,standing at a new historical starting point,in order to build a well-known and first-class green power service enterprise with competitive,innovative and sustanable development ability,Shanxi Local Power Grid Company urgently needs to improve its performance management level,establish a scientific comprehensive perfomance evaluation system,and seek high-quality operation and development.This paper first expounds the research background,the direction and signficance of the topic,referenced to domestic and foreign literature on performance evaluation and the performance mangement model commonly used by power grid companies,and states the research ideas of this paper.Afterwards,through the in-depth understanding of the current situation of the performance evalation of the power supply company,this paper intrduces the concept of balanced scorecard for the evaluation system of the company.Combined with the charcteristics of the power industry,the security and stability dimension is added form a five-dimensional perfomance evaluation system.Thirdly,this paper selects the evaluation index and determines the weight through various scientific methods,and then calculates the comprehensive performance score of the company,and finally forms the compehensive perfomance evaluation system.Finally,on this basis,I collected various economic index data of the local A power supply company from the branch from 2015-2019,and evaluated the comprehensive perfomance level of the A company using the five-dimensional integrated performance evaluation model.In order to ensure the full application of the balanced scorecard in the peformance system of the A company,this paper builds a set of safeguard measures,based on the three aspects of organzation,personnel and system,in order to improve the peformance eveluation system and strengthen the peformance awareness and execution of employees.It is hoped that the research can provide reference to the performance evaluation system of related power enterprises. |
